    Description: Add one fourth to one teaspoon salt to two cups of flour, sifted. Mix. Then add one cup of plain yogurt(room temperature). Mix. Have some water (one to two spoons) and extra flour available, to adjust the dough. Then knead for 5 min. Let it rest for 10 min. Divide as you like, for example 6. Again let it rest for 5-10 min. Then shape it flat. Put a pan on the stove and let it become hot, then cook the bread on medium to high heat. It may inflate like pitta, you can tap it to stay flat as you wish. If there is residue on the pan, you can wipe with paper towel in between.

      I tried it today - the recipe is PERFECT. So delicious. Topped it off with a bit of self-made melted garlic butter.

      Thanks. I can hardly wait try it since I have horded since the pandemic and now have over 30 pounds of flour and am tired of buying bread for 4 bucks at a Middle Eastern store.

    oh... it reminds me of my childhood when we lived in iran. i used to go to the noonvaee every day, i got two taftoons but only one got home 🙂

    Hello 👋 Azam i enjoyed watching you making bread not a lot of work is needed just same as making Roti (Chapati in Indian).I'm even amazed at your Culinary skills 😊❤

    افرین بسیار عالی امزش ساده و معثر...چند سوال...این خمیر را چگونه نگه داری کنینیم...تا چه هد در یخچال میشود نگه داری کرد? چه نوع اردی برای بهترین نتیجه؟ ایا به ضرف فولادی میچسبد یا حتما باید ضرف نچسب استفاده کرد؟

    Why gloves and ultra-precise measuring? Did your parents cook and bake this way, too? What are you doing? You are in a kitchen and mixing some flour and yogurt with some salt to taste and not in a microchip factory. You act absolutely dehumanized and creepy. Disgusting.
