    Hi
    I am 55. never practiced exercise. only walking (8.000 feets/day) and:
    oct - april 20 pools/week relax swimming
    may - sept 40km/week on electric mountain biking (mostely relax riding on street and trails).
    I am considerer myself has decentary cause most of the activity is not suficient as it would be.
    I need that you could explore the backpain due to the lack of exercise. I need to understand why my backs are rigid and how can i improve the flexibility on a long run. What king of exercises do i need to address and which i do need to avoid.
    I need flexibility not injury.
    Can you address or point me to the right videos?
