Accountability to your team. Accountability to your partners. Accountability to your future. Accountability to your family.
Too often we don't recognize that what is holding us back from achieving our goals is actually a lack of accountability. We attribute it to everything from a lack of clarity, a lack of customers, a lack of leads, a lack of followers, and everything else.
But what if what's really holding you back is that you aren't accountable to do the work you say you're going to do or you know you need to do?
