Wonderful, meditation that is so profound yet explained in a way I can understand . I read the book and was most struck and inspired by the author’s honest retelling of his difficulties - even as a highly experienced meditator. This makes me feel that this is all doable and very human. we might not be able to let go every time , but wow, each new moment is an opportunity

Over last few months I’ve been “spending lots of time in the company of Rinpoche”. Each time I listen to him, I’m amazed the effect his talks and teachings have on me. I often start with a question, then answer comes. His sense of humour makes it so light and simple to understand. Thank you Rinpoche. 🙏

Try again. It's super loud for me, so much so that their mic's peak all the time and distort.
There is no sound in the beginning, until YMR actually comes in
try headphones..it worked for me
The right and left channels are out of phase, so they cancel out when combined (eg iPhone) or the speakers are close together (eg iPad). It sounds OK using headphones.
Sound quality is bad🥺🥺
Use head or ears phone .. it works gut,,,
the phase polarity of one channel is switched.. that makes a very wierd and unsetteling feeling in the sound
