Tomorrow is my birthday , I just found this wonderful teacher, the Greatest gift the Universe has ever given me! Just when I need it the most ! Thank you 🙏 ❤️😃! !
Very educative. I love his videos. About suffering. His favorite teaching was 'Lust and desire causes pain. Remove lust and desire, and pain is removed'. Translated into Bihari (where the Buddha story took place) it is DHUKH HARAN meaning to remove dukha. Three dozen villages pray to DUKH HARAN Baba. Its clear that DUKH HARAN Baba is none other than the Buddha. Problem is Buddhists are searching only for the Buddha. In the real Vaishali the Buddha begged for alms. The locals there pray to 'BHIKHAINI' Baba (Beggar Baba). Bhikhaini was mispronounced by Buddhists as Bhikshu. Who is BHIKHAINI Baba. The Buddha no doubt. But people are searching for a man called Buddha. In the real Vaishali, in Beluha the Buddha suffered a sickness and felt he had grown old. The locals pray to 'BURHA' Baba (Old Baba). Who is BURHA Baba. The Buddha no doubt.

Dear Rinpoche , your teaching is very clear , true and helpful. Thank you so much and may God bless you with long life and good health. Thanks to all the organizers . 🙏
I love these teaching...I have depression anxiety from my childhood..this meditation makes me best friend with them ..now I feel comfortable even some times... Even some times I teach my father these meditation practices..he has also depression.....and he also try some time this ....this makes me to love my family my self also ... I am so thankful for your teachings.... .
I suggest you consult a psychiatrist/ psychotherapist for clinical illnesses like depression, anxiety (if you haven't already). Lot of thoughts will come but anxiety will vanish in a few days. Continue the meditation daily. Your family must also practice the above meditation practiced all around the world. Best wishes.
@@ibnsina6312 Sorry to be so blunt, but this is nonsense. Meditation has helped countless of people with depression where therapy hasn't even made a dent. It's this kind of teaching that will save the world. We cannot change our conflicts and problems through the same level of consciousness that created them. The sickness has to do with forgetting who we really are. Love to all of you and rinpoche. Truly incredible work
I have been googling for 4 years to understand the concept, reason essence and benefits of meditation, until i found Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche this year on the internet. For me personally i learned more about meditation within 4 months compared to 4 years of following wise people. I am glad that the teacher Guru brings scientific innovations to the front to make us accept consciously the truth behind the teachings . I Thank Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche for enlightening us and to teach us this important subject.
Yesterday I did my first guided meditation for two friends. they asked me since I am the one more into that. I talked about the clouds and the sky as I found it very helpful when I started. I wanted to deliver a good experience for them. I was nervous too. I had many clouds as well. As you say. In order to really clean and process what's inside you need to make it turbulent for a while and be OK with that. They thanked me a lot for that 10 min friendly meditation. And only then I started to see the progress I ve made in the past few years.(despite of my last setbacks) I was surprised I was able to convey and inspire a little about meditation. And lately I ve been in a really chaotic situation due to self contradictions and ups and downs of life and for me it was eye opening. I am so grateful to be able to be of help even it's just a little bit. It's not easy for anyone. I send you prays and blessings. THANK YOU for putting this message on UA-cam. This is the first time I have heard you speak, and I am so thankful, that sitting here in Brisbane, Australia, you can teach me and share your wisdom. I have been meditating on "who am I?" and your teaching is such a wonderful gift to help me with better understanding of my innerself. You are a miracle. I am beyond grateful. PS. I loved the story about your dad saying the essence of you and the dog and the buddah are all the same ... so now your father is teaching me as well ... Like you as a child, I do not yet understand, but I am eager to learn. Thank you again for your generosity.
Dearest Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your ability to speak so beautifully and with humour and lightness is a joy! Merci!
Beautiful teaching thank you Rinpoche Looking forward to the retreat which will be a real treat, until then I’ll be mining my mind away 🙏😃 Thank you to everyone in Tergar for your involvement in bringing these incredibly wonderful teachings to us 🙏👏😊💕
Very educative. I love his videos. About suffering. I do research on how Buddhism disappeared in Bihar. I realized it never disappeared from Bihar. Buddhists simply failed to research Indian Buddhism. They looked at Buddhism through the sphere of their own cultures searching for only the Buddha. Buddha had a myriad of names in different villages according to his teachings there. Example. In the real Vaishali the Lichavies pressurized Buddha not to die. They trailed him to Bandagawan pressurizing him not to die. To put pressure in Hindi is DABESHWAR. Three dozen villages around the stupa where Buddha gave the Lichavies his patra, the villagers pray to Baba 'DABESHWAR NATH' meaning the man who won the pressurizing game. It was the the Buddha no doubt as he gave the Lichavies his patra and succeded in sending them back. But Buddhists are searching for the Buddha. Forgive me for commenting out of the topic. I just wanted to impart this information to you.
I enjoy listening to Yongey Mingiur Rinpoche, I realize it takes prolonged practice and the right environment to achieve His state of mind. I also enjoy the subject oriented meditation. But I would like to ask, maybe someone who knows better then me, how exactly do I change the negative events, lets say I fell bad that I was arrogant towards someone during the day but it's to late to change it now, how can I maditate on it and send love into that feeling, so I don't feel guilt anymore? Sorry for the long question. Wishing you all well.x
neuroplasticity means your brain CAN change. this is a new discovery in science; if you think "don't think about x", you will think about it more. so thoughts are fine, they just have to come and go. like with a sky, you can't get rid of clouds, and clouds can come and go; do a bit more meditation each day, but don't meditate too much, just like you wouldn't work out too much; the last state of meditation is being able to be in awareness mode 24/7
In real meditation one has to do it in the whole day/life, not only in meditation time. Because when you do it in only in the meditation time and not in other daily activities, you cannot see the whole world (sky). Because that is also a another part of the world(cloud).

Thank you very much ! You are a great teacher
Merci!

Example.
Great mind, calm mind. I always listening to Yongey's teachings. Be at peace all 🧘🧘♂️😊🙏🏼☮️❤️
So much wisdom ❤️ thank you!!!
TQ Rinpoche
Wohooooooooo the video is here. 35mins?? Is some missing master riponche
lol
Thank you!
How much time we should meditate?
23:00 very satisfied with answer
neuroplasticity means your brain CAN change. this is a new discovery in science; if you think "don't think about x", you will think about it more. so thoughts are fine, they just have to come and go. like with a sky, you can't get rid of clouds, and clouds can come and go; do a bit more meditation each day, but don't meditate too much, just like you wouldn't work out too much; the last state of meditation is being able to be in awareness mode 24/7
i do this step by step
In real meditation one has to do it in the whole day/life, not only in meditation time. Because when you do it in only in the meditation time and not in other daily activities, you cannot see the whole world (sky). Because that is also a another part of the world(cloud).
Meditation is the only permanent cure for managing depression and be calm. Enter "Vipaasna meditation practice English videos' on Google search. After that sit alone on a chair, close your eyes, be still and focus on your incoming outgoing breath entering the nostrils for 10 to 15 minutes early morning and night. Lot of thoughts will come but anxiety will vanish in a few days. Continue the meditation daily. Vipaasna meditation is practiced all around the world. Best wishes.
