- Many of us are experiencing physical pain and discomfort these days, whether the intense pains of illness or other pains and feelings that result from changes in our lifestyles during the time of physical distancing. While we should do what we can to alleviate such symptoms, when physical pain is unavoidable we can use it on our path of awakening. This week we will study how the sensation of pain itself can support us to rest in awareness and to discover our innate wisdom and compassion, both for ourselves and for others.

Thank you at first for your teachings...now it 3 years I am doing meditation..now panic become my best friend..ai learn a lot be friend even with my negative emotions.my simple story is from childhood I am always in body pains and emotional breakdown but now I learn a lot from them ..even some time they come ..I just sit with them and do meditate..please for every body don't expect much just be with awareness and keep learning....it's really good ..I learn to let go a lot of holdings ...:) Lots of love and good wishes to everyone ❣️

O my god rinpocheji, this technique is totally magically. I feel every person's panic which is I want. But some people's panic very strong & I can't handal so that time am stopped this technique. Thank you so much. 🙏🙏🙏
