    I did ALL these same workouts when I was pregnant with my 4 year old. I did them every day. I went into labor at exactly 38 weeks, and I had NO LABOR PAINS AT ALL!! These workouts honestly work!! And not to mention I had her extremely FAST!! Try them ladies!! I promise u won’t regret it!! 💯👌💪🏽

    Even in 10 minutes, this is a killer workout! Just enough to squeeze into a busy day and still feel like I worked hard. Thank you!

    I didn't realize how little regular glute activation I've been getting in pregnancy until I did this 😭 usually it would be easy! But I think my posture change has made my glute muscles weak

      I know exactly what you mean! Glutes are often one of the first muscles to weaken so I always tried to include some glute moves in my workouts. I remember my butt being on fire after this one 😅

      As long as you feel up to it and you don't feel you need a few days to recover, then it should be possible!

      Theoretically this should be safe for all trimesters, but I always recommend checking with your overseeing health professional for individual advice about exercise if you're unsure!

      I was in the 2nd trimester when I filmed this, but really you could do it in any trimester!
