Last video of week 23 is done✌ I found first exercise difficult on my shoulders so I had to do it on my back but everything else is done as you did it 🤗

This was great but I couldn’t do the walk outs - my arms were 100% pins and needles from holding the position
I'm sorry to hear that. It can be quite an intense position for the arms, but substituting with a different move can be a great option!
More like leg workout!

@@bellystrong Sorry but no, what I meant is the title feels misleading: I came for core exercises but found an "all-round" workout, where the core has only a small portion and most was about legs. Had to do some other core exercises after this to actually feel it in there.
