    Oh my word. I went from bodybuilding to walking to nothing with this pregnancy. My doctor let me know I'm fine to start exercise again. I'm 27 weeks and this kicked my booty! I was using my pre pregnancy judgement thinking this would be a good activation video. Nope. I'm done. Haha!!! Thanks so much. My hips are going to be so thankful to have been used properly again.

    Welp... I just did your 30 min prenatal barre workout and then this one. Why? because who needs legs! I really love your prenatal playlist so far. (hence 2 back to back....or that just might be me being insane.) at 24 weeks its hard to find workouts that are challenging and safe for me! SO THANKS! :)
