Steve!!! Your videos have become my go-to resources when I need a cocktail recipe. My family loves your Aperol Spritz. My next trial will be the Negronis. Thank You!!
I absolutely love that cheeky wee smile you do when you shake your drinks. I've been binging your videos all day. Absolutely in love with your channel ❤️❤️

Steve’s 2020 Negroni Week hooked us! Another Fabulous find here. Ive made home brewed Creme de Cacao, My own variation on Chocolate Campari (w/Mexican block Ibarra) lastly just arrived a Bols clear Creme de Cacao, which will serve us well from Negroni variations to many others: incl. a proper Brandy Alexander thats not a sickening sweet Ice cream version.Just back from a mask wearing haul to replenish stock; noticed Aperol is now recently readily available throughout many retailers from big box stores to chemists! Surprise surprise? Campari as yet, requires effort to locate in my region. Cant recommend this channel enough. Steve the Bartender has most literally saved lives during 2020 pandemic, keeping many around the world safe at home, with a smile on our faces to boot! Cheers.
Love that you did an episode for Negroni Week! And awesome job on the tasting notes, really helps with trying to decide on which one to try (although I'll probably try them all, because, you know, Negroni Week...). Really can't wait to try that Chocolate Negroni, sounds fantastic.
The Chocolate Negroni sounds awesome, definitely giving that a try this weekend. I've also tried a Cafe Negroni, which swaps out Creme De Cacao for Coffee Liqueur (I used Patron XO Cafe), and this is Bangin' too.
Great video I would likely pick the chocolate negroni as I have not tried it. For the jagermeister I actually sub it in for the sweet vermouth. Bring a bunch of herbal 🌿 while keeping the bitterness. Since I’m not a sweets kinda person it works well for me.
@@StevetheBartender_ Yes they do! It is the precursor to the Negroni apparently. It came about when someone added gin to the Mi-To! It was really delicious! Highly recommend.
A bar I went to last night featured a really light, refreshing negroni variation made with gin, dolin blanc, aperol, campari, grapefruit liquor. I'm not sure about the proportions but it was a good summer drink.
I swapped vermouth for Jagermeister and it wasn't too bad. Not amazing, but worth trying. I'd prefer Mezcal or Rum if I was going for a better swap though.
@Steve the Bartender and other fans, what are your favorite replacements for Campari in a standard Negroni? Campari is up there in price like Contreau. I've tried a Rosso Amaro and it was CRAZY bitter. I like my Negroni more on a sweet side. Should I try Aperol?
Chocolate bitters and Cacao bitters can be very different. Not sure about his specific cacao bitters but I'd definitely opt for the chocolate unless you want it even more bitter.
@@StevetheBartender_ , I never thought of infusing the Campari with the cacao nibs! I saw your DIY vid on making the cream de Cocoa with vodka. So I will follow those instructions but use Campari and double the infusion time to 2 weeks, since it’s a lighter ABV than vodka. PS: I love your videos! You are my favorite source for cocktail making info - Thank You! 😎🥃😃
Hahahaha....that smile caught me off guard😂😂😂😂......and yeah I'll definitely try the chocolate one....in fact the mixture is sitting in my cupboard right now, kinda excited.....wish that 2 weeks goes like a flash
I'd go for the chocolate Negroni for sure, however, you were spilling the gin and talking about "vans" over "fans" and I was wondering how many takes and drink you'd already had before this final cut. LOL!
@@StevetheBartender_, we kind of like it that you DON'T edit these things out. It makes for more enjoyable video. Adding humor never hurts! Keep up the good work.

That’s why they are Negroni variations... because they vary in comparison to the original recipe. I see Campari’s marketing campaign has worked well! 😁

Negroni with Jager is totally delicious! My favourite ^^
I have to agree with you on the chocolate Negroni. Thanks for sharing. Cheers!

100% so good!
I have carpano white wermuth, can I use it instead of lillet? Thanks 🙏
The best channel 💎💎 grazie Steve
Finally something with Jaegermeister, greetings from Czech 8-)
Yum! I'm in Italy at the moment and just had a Milano Torino and it was so good! Campari and Pont & Mes. Fantastic drink!
Man that would be deliciously bitter! Do they call it a Mi-To?

Обязательно попробую! И спасибо что пишешь рецепты в описании)

Hi @Steve the Bartender, any view on using Cynar in place of Campari?
I Like your Channel, greetings from Germany ❤️💯
Thanks Manu! Hello Germany =)
Nice comments about Punt E Mes.. so not bying it! I would still prefer Dolin by previous comments.
Nice variations.. what about a version with whisky?
Of the three, I think the unusual is more suited to my taste...

Cool video Steve! Any idea for a variation with blue Curaçao? 🙄
Cheers from Turin (Italy)😁

I just made one with vodka instead of gin and Lillet blanc along with Campari, do you have a name for that?
Love it
I’d choose the chocolate Negroni, hands down! Will have to buy some Punt e mes. I’m not a Jagermeister or aperol fan.
It’s delicious! You could also infused your Campari with cacao!

@@riarhyme to infuse add a tablespoon of cacao nibs to 250ml Campari and macerate for 1-2 weeks.. taste until you’re happy with the flavour.

Crème de KO? I like the sound of that.
Great video! Thank you for these recipes!
Can I ask: those are some great double old-fashioned glasses. Where did you get them? Amazon?
another one is to swap out the sweet vermouth with green chartreuse using equal parts and a powerful gin.
Can you do a video on must try drinks! Im turning 21 in August which is the legal age in America to drink and i have no idea what i would order!

Can we add antica formula into the chocolate negroni? So we can have a Chocolate-vanila negroni. How do you think?

Have you tried Cascara Negroni?
The Unusual Negroni looks good
But the Lillet blanc is a must? Could you replace it with a Sweet vermouth?
You could replace it with sweet vermouth - different... but it would still work well..
Lillet taste like a sweet white wine and fruity maybe a rosé wine would help
