What an awesome eating experience. One of the best reasons to have a local guide when touring so you don’t miss little hidden gems like that place! Can’t wait for the video on the main channel.
Loved the noodle river. FYI, my city in Georgia USA has an ordinance against planting Bamboo because it takes over everything and is only eliminated by performing some deep digging/excavation. There is also an ordinance against Kudzu planting which was originally brought over from Asia for erosion control, I've seen it strangle and kill trees before.
Ken...I'm loving your Japan vids. I've been watching your videos for quite some time now and I think you need some ginkoboloba...your memory is shot my man
Thanks Ken ! This was another fun video watching you and Eric who always is funny and unpredictable which make it exciting to watch his channel ! He is like a big grown up kid haha ! Good use of Hashi which it is called in Japanese instead of Chop Sticks which is a Chinese name or made up English name for Chop sticks. I love eating cold Somen or Soba noddles which are made of Buckwheat in the summer ! Great job and will look forward with you and Eric on the next video !
Tim Hortons corporate will issue you a barcode so you don't lose your money. That was a custom card that can be traced back to you. Don't throw away ever important coffee money! LOL Heather xo
Ken, I have left things behind at hotels and they have always come through with returning them through the postal service. Give it a try with your card.
I'd love to goto Japan. I'm quite a straight forward logical kind of guy. They seem to just do things properly. I love the idea of refusing daily housekeeping and getting money off the bill.
Most of my hotel stays are only a night or two, so I usually forego the maid service. I wish hotels everywhere would cut one a discount for doing that.
That Japanese Coke Peach is weird. I liked it (even though artificially flavored), but you expect it to taste like Coke w/ peach flavor added since it's the same color as regular Coke. Instead, it JUST tastes like peach.
Not just japan, they wear em in hong kong, korea and taiwan as well. Sometimes for health issues, some ppl dont wana spread cold, others dont wana be on the receiving end. In the food industry they all wear it to prevent germs when making the food.
m n You are so wrong. Tokyo has lower pollution index than LA, NY, London, even lower than Hamilton Ontario. www.numbeo.com/pollution/rankings.jsp . Your statement may be true for some places in China, but in Japan, nobody wear masks for the pollution reason.

I know I’m a broken record, but I love the drone shots
Me too. Just think that not all that long ago, that type of footage could only be obtained by going up in a helicopter.

I usually use any piece of cardboard stuffed into the ”reader” to keep the outlets on. Often the small folder they give you with the key...
Eric seems like a cool guy!

Hellava way to eat .
Hello!!!
buckwheat noodles not bamboo
Why do some Japanese wear the masks
privacy, cold prevention, allergies..
I noticed a lot of them wearing the masks not just some, surely they don't all have colds
Not just japan, they wear em in hong kong, korea and taiwan as well. Sometimes for health issues, some ppl dont wana spread cold, others dont wana be on the receiving end. In the food industry they all wear it to prevent germs when making the food.
It's probably because the air is so filthy. Just to protect themselves. Pointless really but whatever.

Whats great about being a youtuber is... you have no coworkers, my coworkers are so judgmental and cliqueyyyy.can't stand it
Who can tell me why they are wearing masks ? 😷
She is not sneaky. Why does EricSurf6 say such a thing?
He may have no respect to Japanese people.
