Raid Disposable Fly Trap

- This fly trap has a water-soluble food-based lure that attracts flies once water is added. The custom designed entry funnel entices pests to enter the trap. Once the pests enter, they are unable to escape. The water and bait get sinky, so put this in a remote corner for the yard away from your gather location. Note: this trap fell apart on its own weight. Not sure if mine was defective.
Update: 2024. It appears there may have been a bad batch of traps sold where the plastic tears too easily. It might be better now.

Instructions on the bag are half assed! I had to tape it up cuz I cut the bag.
Straight up. The dire tons were 1p0 percent confusing. I cut the wrong dotted line. Gonna duct tape it and pray to Baby Jesus that it works. Feels like Amityville horror in my house, and nothing has worked. Not apple cider vinegar, not 2 different types of bug zappers. Nothing.

Dang it! I just cut off the outer packaging and ruined it. The instructions sucked.
The "water fill line" print was designed by someone under age 40 with excellent close vision. I thought it was the "cut line"

It a matter of minutes that thing was full of flies. I also had the “raid” brand as well.. not that great. Highly recommend the rescue brand

I just add water and don’t even hang. Just put it on the side of my yard and works great. Literally 1000 flys in one weekend

water was to high.....
The water evaporates in 5 days in the Texas summer. I fill the other brand almost to the top, no issues. Just a plastic bag.
Did anyone else cut on the wrong dotted line and ruin it? Had to youtube iniversity this and see what I did wrong....

too much water - not designed to hold that weight…
Most brands hold plus or minus the same amount. I don't think it was the water, rather poor manufacturing on the top that caused it to rip.
This is a CHEAP FLY TRIP NEVER BUY IT AGAIN.. GET GOOD ONES AT COOP MUCH BETTER CHEAP!!!!
The Rescue fly traps are home depot work really well.

I don’t know what you guys talking about. I don’t even hang it, I add water leave it on the side of my yard and hundreds of flys dead in 2 days
