when you're moving around like this, what camera settings are you adjusting the most before each shot?

Most of the time it’s shutter speed or aperture so I can keep my ISO as low as possible 😊

I use Dji Osmo Action and now GoPro 9 in my POV shooting videos. With a chest strap. You do not need anything more than that. 😃 😄 Good luck
