For those wondering: The 50mm FE on a crop sensor(A6000) is 1,5x = 75mm. Also I made a little mistake on most of the cards where it says 85mm instead of 50mm. All photo's are edited in Adobe Lightroom. Thanks for watching and Stay Safe
Sean Tucker would love that shot at 3:08. Nice shot. I have two a6000s and an a5000 with several primes. I also have a full-frame Sony (A7RII) and Canon (6D). The a6000 is still a great little camera. I will admit to loving the a5000 for its compact size and still being pretty capable. I just wish it had back button focus. One up for the a6000. One of my images, a close-cropped nature shot, that was selected for a curated photography exhibit (small city) was shot with the Sony 55-210mm kit lens on the a6000. If I didn't have the little a5000, the a6000 with the 35mm f1.8 would probably be my walk-around camera. Reasonable glass and learning to use your gear to manifest your vision goes beyond the latest and greatest gear. Thanks for showing that to people with great images that show using vision and design principles instead of just wild snapping.
Dude I think you've convinced me to grab the a6000....I had a t3i years ago and sold it and almost just bought another one used but mirrorless has got to be the way to go....thinking of grabbing the sigma 30mm 1.4 to start out, really want to photograph cars and do rolling shots. Cheers for the video.
Sponsored by Carlsberg 🍺 haha sick shots brother! Fall colors in Copenhagen is just something else. That neon "G" sign with the yellow leaves in foreground was my fav shot! Hope to see new vid soon 💪
Hey Jensen thanks for the video, it's good to use as an inspiration as well as a reference, especially I just got today my Sony a6000 as my very first Camera. Now I'm all hyped to learn how to make as good pictures as yours.
The maximum lens sharpness at center is at f2.8 and at the edge is f8. May I suggest trying those two out, especially the f8 for cross the frame sharpness, and depth of field. At times it is good to have more in focus on street photography. And yes, I realize the current trends towards blur and bokeh. Will they hold over time and will all photos of this period then look the same? Some really nice looking shots, with a difficult lens. If I owned the Sony, I would not buy this lens. Perhaps looking to Sigma?
Ooohh Man! You just blew my mind, Those edits were dope. You deserve a million times more subscribers and views. Damn good.👌 If possible please make a video on the edits as well. Would love to learn from you.💥💥
Love the shot with the horses and the elephants as a guard of honour. Had the A6000 for years but it has been sat in a cupboard for the last 5 years. Just decided to get it out and start shooting with it again. I have just ordered the 50mm f1.8 lens so I'm looking forward to getting out with it. Up to now I've only had the standard kit lens. Hope I've made a good choice.
Thinking about doing the same. Rocking my a6100 with standard lense. Really want to get the 1.8 but $200 seems a bit much. This video really makes me want to get it. Photography is an expensive hobby…
Hey man, I love the video and your content! Could you or sb explain me why do you press the little round bottom when focussing I would like to know how it works... Thank you and keep going!
How didd you managed to shoot so bright photos with these settings? I know you shot I RAW and edited them, but even on monitor they looked so bright. I can hear that you were shooting multiple frames at once, it's some kind of a feature in the camera? Mind sharing the knowledge? :)
Got the A6000, and just saw another copenhagen area shots by a6000, but in winter ish vibe, compared to the summer ish vibe here. Loved it both! Wish we had some snow in dubai lol. Anyhow looking forward to getting the best out of this. Cheers S. Jensen!

Great videos , How do you manage focus in this situtations? Can you please share some settings ? Do you have any Lightroom or Photoshop presets we can use? :D
how do you describe the performance of this combo considering the lack of OSS on this lens linked with a a6000 (which doesn't have built-in stabilization)?
Amazing video and amazing shots! Did you shoot in this video with the 50mm or the 85mm? Because the title and informations are telling something different.
i'm so glad i discovered your channel!! your videos are really comforting to watch! im a beginner photographer and i would like to get a sony a6000 but mostly shoot portraits.. what lens would you recommend that is good but cheap bc my budget isnt that high :(
Hi Nicole, thanks for your kind words :) welcome! For portraits I actually really like the sony 50mm 1.8, I have also done quite a few with the 85mm 1.8 from sony aswell, because I love the crop on that one. But has given me situations where I couldn’t get enough space between the subject and me.
Hi, I’ve begun photography just recently with an a6000. I’m trying to learn for now. I had a question. I saw that people suggested f11-f18 for landscape photography but you are using f1.8 for street photography. How does it work?
@@Squidmans I mean, just some none too organized, I have been on some Fuji walks etc. but 50+ people just makes everything a little chaotic I’m my opinion 😂

Oh ok, thanks for sharing
compare, 50mm and 85mm, which one better?
Nice video 😊 is there any difference in the aperture on a apsc Camera or is it still 1.8? (Or ,darker‘)
Which filters do You use in Lightroom? Do You have favourite filter maybe?
what was the preset of the photo editing filter please , thanks :)
Love that you insert the camera settings along with each shot..makes life so much easier
11:20 even if you were there, i doubt you would see such a beauty. What a piece of art.
Those are some nice shots, nice to see that somebody is still using the A6000. I feel like everyone just uses the newest fullframe cameras
Just bought my a6000 today. Upgrading from an old SL1 canon lol
i bought mine at the beginning of this year. for me still good to use as none professional
I have to be honest i buyed myself a alpha A6400
@@haiyenhoang5420 non professional? You wouldn’t use it professionally? I plan to eventually lol working on getting better.

Love the video, been thinking about buying this camera and this video really shows the potential it still holds, thank you
Well that potential is mostly due to the lens, the camera itself with the main kit lens won’t get you all that much
Sponsored by Carlsberg 🍺 haha sick shots brother! Fall colors in Copenhagen is just something else. That neon "G" sign with the yellow leaves in foreground was my fav shot! Hope to see new vid soon 💪

The 85mm is coming aswell ;)

But isn't that the case though? I mean FE lens on crop camera

nice work brother! well done.

Just purchased my first camera ever, an A600 body only what lense would you recommend for a beginner?
Would the settings stay the same if it was super sunny outside or would bump up the f -stop to a 4.0 -5.0
Thanks for your deep dive in this nice camera! I am wondering, did you use the "multi 100 ISO" setting in fine? I heard three clicks at each photo.

i am searching for an answer as well ahaha
he said that it's a mistake, and it should say 50mm
i'm curious about Autofocus perform and how it's perform for video
any though???
I really like the results of this photo, what application to edit photos? is it possible to edit on a cellphone?

This video is the reason I bought a A6300 and I don't regret it.
Would love to see the photos before the editing too.
Why did you shoot only in f1.8? A f7 to f11 wouldn’t get a better sharpness?
How do you decide when to adjust Shutter speed? And it looks like your using auto ISO? I might be wrong there...
What lut do you use for the video in your office??
