The Early Access PC release for Dark Fantasy ARPG Kristala is pouncing its way to Steam on June 6th, with console releases for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch to come following a full Steam launch in 2025.
Seamlessly blending elements of magic, stealth, and parkour, Kristala transports you into the world of Ailur as a fledgling feral warrior tasked with harnessing the power of six ancient, sacred Kristals. Battle your way across Ailur using an arsenal of fierce attacks, feline skills, deadly weapon abilities, and an explosive mix of up to 16 spells at one time.
Your goal? Uncover the source of a terrible curse that has mutated the planet’s once-docile creatures into deadly monsters. Only the fiercest warriors will have what it takes to master the Sacred Six, restore peace to Ailur, and join ranks with the highly esteemed Raksaka warriors.

You can put him in a little sailor outfit or a bumble costume! Final boss is the long hunted but never captured red dot!

I can't tell if the editing is just awful or if the movement/animations just suck because it feels like there's a lot of forms missing, or it's altogether too fast
The game is promising, played it for only 1h so far but performance in Rog Ally z1 extrem are not very good and for a souls like, lags make it very hard to play. Camera also might need some adjustment, something feel off,maybe too close, too sensitive, not sure exactly. Hopefully these points get improvement over time.

I'm happy to see the progress for sure. The mechanics look fun, and the music is awesome, but the environments need work. The lighting is pretty bad and the texture mapping on the environment looks kind of meh, but maybe that's because of the lighting and fog effect. Wondering if the world is simply shrouded in mist all the time. Would love to see something that shows off the beauty of the world you're playing in. But it's a nice start and you have to start somewhere. Keep progressing. I love the concept and have backed it because of that.

You do know that the reason games like this go into early access is so they can get feedback from fans and players during development?

It looks like a damn well made game, but... it just doesn't seem exciting to me. Mainly because I've heard it's souls like, and getting kind of bored of those now. The game market is over saturated with them.
Is this game coming to consoles? I don't normally care for Soulslikes, but if you let me play as a customizable tabaxi/khajiit... 💀

How poorly optimize is this going to be
They could've and should've used authentic cat vocals. Just adjusting the pitch.
Instead, having a human voice simply turns this character into a cat skin.
This is still in early access, there's plenty of good stuff to come. Sound design is far from being totally finished.
