    Once again, thank you LuChin I am noticing how many of these movements into lace with each other…… it’s confirming that every tissue in the body is reflected in her every other tissue…… and working well area also works the others.     I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis recently so have added this exercise to my Qi Gong routine that I do from this wonderful teacher.

    I don't know how well this will improve my digestion, but one interesting thing to note is that I've had pain in my left ear for the last few hours, and about halfway through doing this, the pain disappeared. Anyway, I believe that my digestive problems are related primarily to low stomach acid. Do you think this will help? If not, do you know of anything else?

      These gentle exercises will help, and will not cause any harm. It is interesting you airplane disappeared halfway through this exercise. I wonder which part of the ear was hurting at that time. The “palace of hearing” point - in the large depression in front of the ear is on the smallest intestine Meridian.
