Have been subbed and love fhe titan swap you currently have. I had a 17 tacoma and put old man emu shocks and springs 2 inch lift. Cost me a over a grand. Honestly just gonna go with the nismo 1.5 after seeing this gives me more ease of mind. Buying a new house here in a week so money gonna be alottle tight so for the cost im gonna go aboit this route. Thanks for the off road adventures man.
I am looking at the NISMO 1.5 lift kit, this kit will make very slight contact when going fast over speed bumps, but for everyday driving on the roads there is no issues. NISMO has the UCA and they are spendy like everything else out there for the D41.
Thanks for the video on this. RC lift and level kit arrived today and will be installed on my Pro-X next week. I was hoping there was something like this out there so I'd know exactly what to expect. This was very helpful.
I would prefer 2” lift on front amd 1.5” at rear to avoid the truck looking upwards and the tire to fender distance looks good. That 2.5 f and 1.5 rear If you put load on the bed it looks very odd.
Solid point.. but I wish I knew the OEM rake on a lower model vs the PRO4X stance. I am reading 1.5 inches OEM rake... implying a 2in front and 0.7 rear from Z1 setup will damn near level it out on a P4X. The RC kit is great for the money, but if the P4X stats are correct you could end up with a higher front end and reverse rake. Which would look lame IMO.
All dogs offroad makes an aftermarket upper control arm for the frontier clears no problem. I have a 6" lift with 33s on a 2018 and put the alldogs upper control arms on, got alot more suspension travel.
I don't know if you know but they make some extended upper control arm ball joints that should fit. They sell them on eBay and they are listed for the previous years of Frontier, but I think they should fit because the old stock ones are the same to the new frontiers. They cost about 40 dollars. Let us know how they workout and if they actually fit.
@@AndiDoci I don’t have this lift now. I’m in a 6” lift now. Lots of videos on here of the truck now. But when I had the Z1 uppers on I had zero coil bucket contact. Even at full droop.

Nice truck - but Ground Clearance is measured from the lowest point - in the front that's the skid plate below the trans. My 2019 PRO4X had 9-1/4" stock and an Old Man Emu lift raised it to 11" . I raised the back 1" higher so the truck sets level when loaded for overland
Looks good, I wanted to do a temporary spacer lift but really can’t find any for my 2023 Pro4X, so I’m going to wait till I can afford the Nisstec Lift next year..
Spacer kits are ok for a street truck for cosmetics but for off road it could cause issues. It's better to invest in adjustable shocks like the bilstien 5100s .
Was wandering if you had camber issues on the front. I put this same lift on and had it realigned at Nissan, and the front wheels still lean out a lot!! Was wandering if cam bolts would get it back
Did you need different cam bolts? I wonder if z1 uppers would be good. Someone is selling their rough country lift for 70 bucks. I was going to get the z1 lift. For 70 bucks, i figured I'd grab his rough country lift. If that hits a lot, i may wait to install until i have z1 uppers. For daily driving, did that bottom out at all? How bad was it hitting off roading?
No cam bolts on mine. Seemed fine. No coil bucket contact when driving on road. Quite a bit offroad, though. I ran this set up for a while without UCA's. Coil buckets made it through it just fine. If you can spring for the UCA's, do it. If not...it's not a HUGE deal, in my opinion..

I have a 2022 Frontier SV 4x4 crew cab long bed... 99% of my driving is on pavement and it already has 9" ground clearance. The lift doesn't make any sense, other than looks.
I had a shop do it. But it's not too bad. I replaced the UCA's myself and it that process is 90% of that you need to do for the spacer. Better part of a day... A full day if you've never done it before..
So you bought cam bolts separately, as they don't come with the kit?? Kit alone, camber WILL be off, correct? I ask, because I'm trying to figure which way to go with my 24 sv lb
