Nicely done, but can I suggest something to help less-experienced viewers understand it better? Next time you draw a diagram, try having each relay set up with 85 & 86 on the left and 30/87/87A on the right side of the box. Most schematics have power at the top and ground at the bottom. 86-88 Mazda RX-7 wiring diagrams are set up like this and it makes it really easy to follow. They add "rails" at the top for battery, accessory, ignition and start positions on the ignition switch. Can't wait to see the Tahoe get its DVD player. Keep up the amazing work.
shouldn’t the pressure switches be inline somewhere on the shutdown circuit? How does the holley get the signal to turn on the compressor if the freon isn’t cycling & pressurizing & activating the switches ?
So you don't wire in the evaporator temperature sensor? I have a 4th gen not a third gen so I don't know if 3rd gens have those but I'm assuming they do.
@@lsxmatt My goal is LQ9 6.0L + T56 swap into my '92 Lexus SC400 and retaining A/C is kind of a big deal for me going into this swap, thanks for the info! much appreciated.
Probably stupid question, you wouldn’t happen to know what all would be required for ac to work if your piggy backing a stock ecu and using the terminator. I seen online mentioning crank needs to be hooked up and a second sensor for coolant temp. Just not many references with the a/c
This diagram isn’t 3rd gen specific, so you can easily apply this diagram and info to any car and get your a/c working!
I hope you make a similar vid when you get the meth tied in to the Holley as well!

Thought I tuned into a EngineeringExplained video with all the white board action lol

When you run your AC normally doesn't one of the cooling fans run?
Good info man, thanks for the video... sick car too btw

LsxMatt: disclaimer this is a boring video (loud car noises)
Me: so a normal episode
Jk jk love the vids
Matt are your gauges going to work OK with the Holley?
Will the current performance wire harness for ls terminator x work the same way and wire the same their diagram look similar but a little different
Thanks for the help
My terminator x max system says blue/white is a ground input not a 12v positive input
You should be able to change that on a laptop with the terminator x software
Hey Rickey were you able to change that to a 12v?
Instead of using physical switches, can this be implented through the holley digital dash?
Yea it can, I don’t have the dash but I’ve seen someone do it on instagram.

I guess I’m just dumb. Going to be a real challenge for me to get functioning AC
Wait you just glazed over going pwm for your meth pump. That a gamer changer.
Hello daddy Matt!
Nice car bud! Procharger when? Thank me after...
A/C in a racing car, are you kidding me?
It’s a street car lol
Boring 😴..... 🤣
