Yes. They changed the exhaust for 2016-2017, and this is a stock 2016. They also added a tube that pipes induction noise to the cabin. It's lovely, and a great car overall.
For what it's worth, compared to most other cars in this class, these are unlikely to depreciate much. You'd potentially be able to sell in a few years for not much less than you bought it.
