After Effects Neon Tattoo Tutorial

This video is a bit different from our usual because today we are doing a tutorial! For After Effects! This tutorial will focus on the plugins and techniques I used to create this neon tattoo video - bit.ly/3lFS34o
Plugins used: Autofill, Lockdown, Deep Glow, and Paint & Stick from aescripts + aeplugins as well as Video Copilot's Saber.

You could definitely do this in a ton of ways - mocha planar track, draw it frame by frame, etc. I used lockdown because it makes it super easy, but barring that, the inbuilt mocha would work perfectly well.

its the paint and stick overlay. U need to pay 200 dollars to get the full version and to get rid of the grid

The costs can definitely get up there! The two I would recommend the most though would be lockdown (if you are doing any form of complex tracking) and deep glow. I probably get the most use out of deep glow, I've used it in 90% of all of my projects.

I do recreate this effect using saber (free) and deep glow. But from my experience am getting the rest of plugins as they are definitely worth it in term of time saving.
