Today I'm potting up some of my Hoya propagations. These were propagations that didn't root as quickly as the previous cuttings. I will share my trick to get them to root quicker as well as give you an update on the other propagations I potted up a couple weeks ago.

I will most likely take more cuttings since my Hoya Australis is doing so well, I'd love to have more of the Lisa variety. Also my Hoya Bella Variegata (mother plant) is getting weird🥴

Wow, your Sigillatis is well rooted! I have my Sigillatis plants in self watering, so moist should work for you. And I love my Macrophylla plants. They're beautiful. You are right about watering them more. I am discovering that with most of my hoya. Great repot.
Yeah, I don't know why the "hoyas don't like water" sentiment is being spread about Hoyas. Maybe some of them don't, but all the ones I have really like water more than I imagined. When I put that sigillatus under the lights, those roots took off. I've really gotta stop trying to root them in medium lit area and just put them under the lights, they do so much better. I'm gonna put a tag on that cup to ensure I keep it moist. Thanks for the reminder.

Hey Sis, watching replay. Finishing up old place, etc. I'm resting, chilling. It's hot & humid.. I'm in no rush to get it together/ organized in a new place. I'm just happy it's all in one place. I don't have any phobias about any of it. Lol, I'm easy..lol. I'll get it done eventually, lol.❤All the best on your move
Moves are hard work. Never easy, but if you can take it all in stride, it makes the process so much easier. I really want a tiny house, but we'll see.
Oohhhh, the globulosa is looking good. They seem to grow slowly for me. 😊
Okay...good to know. So yeah, I'll be looking for growth for sure now, especially the roots. One thing I can say is it rooted quickly, so that's a good cue for me. Hairy plants tend to be tricky for me...well I might have to retract that now that I know that my carnosas are hairy...I'm still tripping off that.

I would've bet money I responded to this, my internet is really acting up. I'm glad I was there for you during your planty chores. I love watching plant content while I'm doing my planty chores. Sometimes even housework. I clean during the commercials 🤣. A game I used to play with my kiddos.
@yvetteboonecreates awwww that's awesome! Cleaning during commercials! When I was ALLOWED to watch Hoarders, I would get up and throw things out during the commercials. My family didn't like that very much. Lol!

You are right Mona,....and I love lacunosa. That mint's leaf actually grows a smidge bigger than the other lucanosa, but I absolutely LOVE the coloring on it...and I think I hear it flowers easily too. Yeah, she's on my wishlist now.

Lol...it's addictive right? I love that...they grow so much after you cut them though. Especially that Hawaiian, she's a beast.
