      Many thanks, I been tryin to find out about "natural ways to get energy" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Qenason Energy Endorser - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

    Oh my goodness it is absolutely unbelievably amazing the power that water has! I used to be a serious soda drinker and I hated water I would drink it sometimes especially if it was a hot day but very rarely. 2 years ago I completely quit sodas, and made a vow that for just 1 month I would drink 2 l of water so I bought a 1 l water bottle and drink two of those a day I never really believed that water could do what people claimed it could do I know we have to have it to survive but I didn't fully believe in the benefits and let me tell you after that one month I did not stop because I had so much energy it was so easy for me to sleep better at night to wake up in the morning I had more stamina less random pains like headaches and muscle aches.... It was just absolutely amazing!!!

    I've noticed since i switched out afternoon coffee for matcha green tea my energy levels have improved so much. I will have to try the ginseng too and drink more water! Thanks for the video these were great tips 🙂

    This seems almost yr old video but was suggested by UA-cam 2me after your recent vid on how we make mistakes with weight loss!!     Hi Mona, can the ginseng be taken daily (long term) or is it to be taken only when feeling sick or have low energy?

    Oh, I usually have my dinner between 5pm and 7pm. Today I had a couple of small apples, a pear and some salt free raw sunflower seeds. What would be a good later dinner? I'm going to have lentil soup but I'm not sure what else I can have. Can you help me?

    Does rice and beans goes well together? According to food combining video, those are starch and protein. I thought all the plant based foods can be combining well.

    Hi Dr. Mona I am a 19 year old girl and I have been dealing with Styes and chazalion for past 7 months! I had lash extensions and I put eye drops for irritated eyes which completely messed my eyes up! I got a reaction which caused Styes and chazalions on both of my eyes! I finally got a surgery a month ago but they reappeared within a week! They have also came down to my lower lid! I have tried every warm compress, baby shampoo, antibiotics, ointments, message, surgery everything but nothing had worked! It has taken a toll on my life and has affected me! Do you have any tips or advice please

    Sleep thing very interesting. I better on less sleep as i have nec disc operation coming up soon so i wake up in pain and more tired after anything more than6hrs sleep. I better up early also6am but I'm a nite owl so i love the nite reading etc so my key is getting in2bed12/1am

    I can physically be in bed for 9 hours but because of the constant waking up multiple times in the night it ends up probably being 5. my quality of sleep explains my fatigue.
