You can slow down the videos to very slow. look at the 3 dots in the top right hand corner - speed.

Mikey from The Crochet Crowd did a video on lining a crochet blanket with fleece. No need to sew. Uses a skip blade from a rotary cutter then crochet the blanket to the backing.

Just finished my first flower with a 3.5 mm hook mentioned in this video. It's so beautiful! Written pattern says 4.5 mm hook so will try that with the next flower. Both should work just fine. Thank you Annoo for such a gorgeous blanket - can't wait to see it when it's finished. I'm using color Gossamer. 💖 from Canada!!

Now I’m a beginner, have been doing some crochet, so I do know the stitches.. but girl!! When you say super super super easy 3 times, and declares it sooooooo easy for beginners..Don’t go in turbo overdrive when demonstrating! Even on slow speed it is very difficult for beginners to follow!

You can select the playback speed option to slow it down. I needed togo slower when I was starting out too.

I looked for this pattern on your ultra modern blog but found only two patterns...mermaid tails (I've made made an adorable mermaid tail sleeping bag for my grandchild!) and a cable cardigan (gorgeous) but surely there are more patterns on your blog?

Annoo I wanted to apologize about my last comment. I was in no way commenting about your lovely blanket. I just was in the mood for a comfy sweater to crochet. I’ve watched your videos for years and have made a bunch of your sweaters (especially the Caribbean Queen cardi) and have had Uberhours of enjoyment!! Please accept my humble apologies! @@jasongreenblatt6068 I'll tell you specifically, 1) how pretty it is to look at - that was the first thing that drew me 2) how easy Annoo makes it look to make it, which gives me confidence that I can also make it. 3) her choice of yarn - I would think to use that yarn for a wearable but Annoo thinks outside the box and has given me the idea to not only think of how something is recommended but think wider. I love that about her tutorials. 4) I have a cousin who is pregnant so I am looking for baby blanket ideas. I'm a girly girl and this blanket to me is shouting girly. wow, so beautiful and the square is not as complicated as i thought it would be. I have used this yarn to make dragon scale fingerless gloves - it's nice to work with. I like Lion Brand Landscapes better although you do not get as much in a ball and it is more expensive too. Another yarn like this i love is Cygnet Boho Spirit.

I love joining like this! Great hold but easy to do too tight. If you want just a slip knot stipe down the join then hold the yarn under the two squares the whole time. Looks clean! Beautiful work!!!!
