Hello! Where did you get the flares to keep your tables/equipment legs attached to the floor?
What length screws do you recommend for mounting shelves? We had someone build our trailer and its hard to find the studs.
Rec Pro has a nice selection of windows too.
Have never used them, but I did see them online when I was searching. Great option to use then
What liquid adhesive did you used to glue the outside shelve?
How would you set up a serving area out of a door rather than a service window? I have a bus and I want to serve out of a small side door since the windows are too high to serve from.

I have a food trailer and would like to hang. Napkin holder and soap dispenser. Any idea what I can use to hang those so I do not drill holes to the outside?
Just self tapping screws maybe 1 inch in length.

I use the same screws for everything pretty much. The one that goes from the z bracket to the regulator those were a little smaller. No idea the size tho
How bout tall file cabinet for storing things, ? What ya think?
For us here wouldn't work. Everything has to be NSF rated

Does the city have anything to do with where you put everything, the hood and cooking machines. Do they tell you you have to install the on specific location or it’s up to you where you install it
What brand of fridges are you using and where did you purchase them from?
No specific brand I have. This one is a 48 inch Arctic Air and just googled until I found the best price
We have juice truck we are prepping and my son said tje same about tje boboa drinks

May I ask what kind of containers you use to hold your oil when draining?
I don't use oil, no fryers on board
I use mir-oil containers
Do you have any videos on how to hang speed rails with no drilling?
I do not, I have always drilled them in. I guess you could use strong double sided tape
I was concerned about how far to drill in. I haven't used a drill before and don't want a hole in my food truck lol
