Frank, I did it! I have gone and gotten me a trailer 7x16. I could not find a flat front but I will find a way to make the V-Nose work for me, even if I am unable to mount my bottles and generator. I am so excited man! I hope you do not mind because I am sure I will have questions.

I paid 16,000 for my food truck and that was the cheapest 😪😪 love your videos. Unfortunately I haven’t found a commissary some restaurants have said “No” but I know I’ll find one :)

In NC we're allowed to have a actual mobile food unit commissary, which is great. Certain, items from restaurants have to be built in to pass through the health department.
Love that! Yes some counties allow you to use your house as a Commissary I have heard.

I was talking with our health department and asked about this .. they told me that everything has to be done in the truck or trailer. Which is awesome for me.. the only thing I need to add that I need is a slicer. Can you recommend a decent light weight one that I can move from countertop to shelf without breaking my back

In Los Angeles, commissary are $650 for a 10x5 trailer but for full size food trucks they're in the $1,500 area

I have a generator with a 30A outlet, but my Generator box says 50A 125/250 does that mean I cannot use that generator, if so please advise?
You can, you can't do the opposite a 50 Amp generator with a 30 Amp plug.

When building your food trailer, did you have to get approval from health Dept before or after completing trailer
In Mine what I did is they ask you to submit a drawing a sketch of the layout but they don't approve it or anything and they expect to see that build at inspection kind of a weird way they do it, but we have to work around it
