    Use a fabric steamer to remove the plastic covering. Slowly peel the plastic covering as you heat it up with the steamer. Start in a corner and It will all come off in one piece under 10 minutes.

    What’s up Frank? Hope things are going well. I’m in the process getting my food truck going. Starting from scratch really, small hollow Chevy p20 stepvan. Just getting it mechanically sound 1st. I was wondering if you can please tell me something. What made you wrap the whole inside of the trailer with stainless steel? I want to install stainless just on the cooking side and then put the white panels used in restaurant kitchens for the rest of the the inside. Is it just preference or is just more effective/ efficient for cleaning? I want to save because money is limited. Thank you for the great videos, they will be helpful!

    How much would it cost to build a 12feet truck into a food truck?

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  Рік тому

      All depends on what you put in there, cooking equipment, materials did you get SS Only or something else. Hard to answer accurately but for me I used about 12k just in materials and equipment

    What size is your food truck. What size are your stainless sheets. How many did you use

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  Рік тому +1

      7x16. I used scrpas of SS that I got at a discount typically they were about 8 feet in length. How many? Depends on the size of your trailer and if you are doing the entire thing or just cooking side

    No insulation?

    • @fbaltierrez
      @fbaltierrez  2 роки тому

      Just insulation on ceiling and where the window is. If you wanted to add more guess you could doesn't help out much. It's going to get hot regardless when cooking

      Goodmorning!! I would recommend watching some of my videos, it's not terribly hard to do it yourself, you'll get it exactly how you want, and you'll save a lot of money. I believe you can do it!!

    What? No header support on window after cutting studs then electrical tape on the wire access holes instead of proper romex connectors!??? Asking for failure! That trailer gets knocked around hard while in transit. Wires will get cut in time and no support will break that window. No even watching the rest. Piss pore job dude!
