Maybe it would be better with a rug underneath??I sit for long hours for work and wanted something to keep my legs moving. This bike does exactly that! For the price it is amazing, it is compact, easy to use, light weight, keeps track of time, calories etc (not sure how accurate it is) but good little product. I am happy with it.

Yeah or that’s an excuse because you have too big of an ego so you don’t even hit 90 on squats 😂. Most people who lift which is why they don’t go deep. Going deep helps to build up the inside of the quad by hitting the adductor Magnus. Stop making excuses bro I used to be like that. Stretch warm up your hips and it will feel comfortable to go deep.
Victor, you are the best there is on showing us how lift weights correctly. I have been learning from you for the past 5 years and you have educated me in regards to lifting weights correctly . I like how you mentioned the Lumbar . I have 3 slightly bulging discs at the L 3,4,5. From humping a 75 pound ruck when I was in the Army 78-92 . Am I little banged up yes. But I had a trainer for 9 months when I first started to get me educated on a workout routine. I am 62 now and workout 6 days a week. Thanks for all that you do for us.

I did a leg workout with Vic at Steel gym in the early 2000’s. Best leg workout I’ve ever had. To this day!
