- This episode is about my return to AFRICA! I've returned to my beloved Honda CRF300RALLY "Alaska" after leaving her for 4 months in Benin and I am crossing the land border into Nigeria. There are tons of roadblocks in Nigeria, and some are more legit than others, and I am generally a bit wary of them because you never know what will happen..

Hi Norali welcome to Nigeria. If your travel plan invludes Lagos then please update would like to meet you. Safe ride
Hi Noraly, greetings from Cabo Verde. I hope to see you here soon. Nice adventures through West Africa. Be safe!
What it's good idea for auction. Any thing else ? May be bikes? Or more . Your fan Noreck.
If you have to leave Alaska alone again and you can get to the negative post of the battery, disconnect it😀
@@robertrichard6107 maybe She did it😀
1.9 million of us are just excited to watch this! The Itchy Boots African adventure continues! Thanks Noraly!
_Yeh it's true... I really enjoy and appreciate her any international trip of her. I just stopped her watching for few days because of a her India trip. I'm a Indian and for me it's boring to watch my own land because I already know about it._
Thank you what everyone get from you is light . 🤗🤗🤗
Come on every lets spread the Noraly message and get her to 2m.
Yes, thank you Noraly! Always a pleasure to tag along even if I am a little on edge with all the check points in Nigeria that you must navigate. Safe travels!
@@kunalsingh_yt your land is very huge. I have been there twice, and her pictures was totally news for me. The landscape she showed to me was wonderful in the very north, and after in the wedding where she was. I learned a lot. Very beautiful contry. And the bike hilalayan was new for me. My dream would be to have the same 40 horses. i have discovered after that india have manufacturies too, for huge motobikes 2800 cc and up, very nice and strong bikes. I never knew that before.
Thanks Noraly for keeping me and nearly 2 million subscribers glued to the screen, Africa is going to be Awesome, Enjoy and be Safe 🥰

I am also a Nigerian citizen living in the US and honestly your courage to travel blows my mind. I salute you.
As a South African, I am also amazed at her bravery for touring Africa Solo. Well done Noraly. May God truely keep you safe, as you travel through our beautiful continent
Truly, People are so different. Some are nice , some are not so. Praying for smooth travel through next country, Noraly.
It’s just an un calculated risk to be in those regions a solo young female… very courageous indeed but for what cause?
May God safeguard you on your travels 🙏🙏
Too much risk here 😀😀😀
I pray to the lord to protect you I pray for your safety almost daily
Noraly is the ambassador of the world. She is showing us the beauty of this planet and the diverse cultures. Thank you for showing us so many parts of the world that most of us will never see in person. You brighten my day.
Us older American bikers watch Itchy every video she releases.
We cast her up on the big screen so our whole family can watch. We discuss her travels at coffee with other bikers who ride ever manner of motorcycle.
Have watched her since the beginning of her travels on 2 wheels.
Go Noraly!!! Come to America and ride with us.
Tens of thousands of friends her and free places to stay.

I am lost for words for your courage to navigate the roads and terrains of the giant of Africa on a motorcycle by yourself. You’re my hero.
This woman causes an absolute spectacle everywhere she goes and goes about it with the most humble, kind and cheerful attitude I've ever seen. You are truly one of a kind!
Yep and she just has to be herself. So many others try so hard to be something they are not. We are blessed to be watching this legend. Peace!
Her last name says it all: Schoen = beautiful/nice maker (same in English)
Noraly is definitely one of a kind! She always finds the nicest people and shares her enthusiasm and excitement with us.

There are many Nigeria travel vlogs. Not sure where you get your information from. Northern Nigeria is a bit dangerous... in certain parts. But that's about it.
I am a biker, have always been into bikes and travelled in Africa extensively, not as much as Norally is doing, the adventure and contact with different cultures is extremely rewarding, obviously there are dangers around every corner...just use sound judgement and research your routes, and stay hamble, true to yourself and the people you interact with...happy travels and be safe.

What most people wont appreciate is the heat that she endures - it’s absolutely relentless.❤
I hope the new helmet is air conditioned.

This Lady is an epitome of COURAGE and DETERMINATION.
I salute you.
As a Nigerian living abroad, my advice to you is that you should keep to major networks of roads and don't ride deep into the interior parts of the country due to insecurity problems being experienced in the land. We all love you and please be safe.
Also she will b targeted for showing that large cash
What do you mean... You guys paint this country really dark..... WE ARE GOOD PEOPLE PLEASE
Noraly is incredibly focused on her Aim, extremely brave girl & quite obviously not afraid of anything which makes her a kind of a Commando!! Noraly, you are an inspiration for millions of young & aged ..!!!❤
She does look the part as well. Looks pretty intimidating in the new helmet compared to everyone around her. Hey its a woman!
Nigerian here. Was quite worried at the beginning of the episode, we have an unfair share of corrupt officials. But it seems you really do a lot of research, I was amazed about how much you knew already about what to expect. That gave me some comfort. Well done Norally
Do you think nigeria is dangerous for solo woman? What one must look after?
Do not ride at night
Be careful and vigilant
Locals are mostly really nice
Officials are mostly corrupt, so expect extortion so it doesnt come as a surprise when u encounter it
Be vigilant again, a woman like Noraly will garner attention
Nigerians disrespecting their own country is sad
@@cincyryda How are they disrespecting their country?
@@cincyryda Its not a disrespect to the country, buh a reality we have to live in day to day... Hi Noraly I'm James also a Nigerian. I was half expecting you to come up with a story why you wouldn't be able to continue with Nigeria. I'm very happy you didn't. Great start for Nigeria...maybe a few less checkpoints would be nice, but all and all your first day has gone smoother than a couple other riders I’ve watched, doing this. Hope the rains don’t make for too many problems...but you always handle every problem with grace and that beautiful smile. Great video and I enjoyed the premiere live chat. Glad you were able to join us!
Welcome To Nigeria, glad to see you back on track the India trip was a great break the new Himalayan is nice thanks for sharing those episodes.
Oh my God, I just got to see you are curently riding through Nigeria. You are very welcome. It feels good seeing your trip and various views of Nigeria through "itchy boots" lenses. From those lenses the world will see after all Nigeria shouldn't be avoided when adventure travelling across Africa. My love to you and enjoy a very memorable pass through my country Nigeria. 🇳🇬 😊❤
Unfortunately, she showed Nigeria should be avoided for travel because of corruption and poor infrastructure.
I’m 77 and recovering from a cancer operation. Noraly’s regular videos and adventures have helped me endure many hardships and lonely times since she first began and she has become a truly important little part of my elderly world. At the start I never dreamed she would become the world traveler and adventurer she is. Thank you Noraly and please be safe.
Prayers and blessings to your recovery. You will get through this!
Great memories. I grew up in Nigeria. My father worked as a peadatrician at the Wesley Guild Hospital in Ilesha where he was part of a program researching measles. We received the first doses of the recently developed measles vaccine which was being tested at the hospital and in the surrounding communities. The only way to travel to Nigeria at the time was by freight steamer but by the time we left in 1961, BOAC was operating flights out of Kano to Europe. All the roads outside of Lagos were dirt and ony a few of the rivers were bridged. Hope you are able to enjoy the wonderful people and their brightly coloured clothes and your experience is not tainted by the security issues.
Wow, I did my medical housemanship at the Wesley Guild Hospital.
Wow I know Ilesha in Osun state.

😅😅
“Mijn hemel” zei Noraly.

Must be a little frustrating to you to hear all this english being spoken, but as a Brit, I'm very grateful. When I've turned to learning Dutch though, hearing that it's very close to English, I'm afraid I don't get it. lol, what's the secret?
So I have to admit I’ve slumped a bit on watching after watching every single episode of the America’s within hours after you posted the videos I failed to watch the first Africa leg.
