- Hey guys, I hope 2025 is treating you well!
I have not really spoken much about this on my channel, but today I wanted to share with you about my story with having globophobia, and how I've finally decided to start exposure therapy to try and overcome the fear.
I really want to document the process as I know it's not talked about much as a fear, and because when I see other peoples videos of exposure therapy it really helps me to be motivated and inspired to challenge my own anxieties!
If you have challenged a fear or anxiety lately, be kind to yourself 💛 You're doing the best you can and you are amazing!

This is so impressive. You should be proud as I am of you. What a great idea to video your journey too. Facing a phobia and challenging playing it safe. There's so many other things associated with phobias that need unraveling to progress. Things through the past that have confirmed the phobia or raised anxiety. Things that aren't necessarily going to be obvious because they may have become a hidden memories. Each step is facing something new and comes with it all the thought s and emotions over again. So, far your progress look really good and you are making success. Your challenges are going to vary with how you can deal and cope with them, as you know, so the methodical approach you are taking is brilliant to keep focus and track of yourself. Challenging the 'putting things off until a certain date' is quite something to address. The delay is the safety zone to cope with the current thought associated with the whatever it is, to another time hopefully without the current anxiety. The time period is probably a 'go to' one that is used often in situations. Challenging that also is impressive. What a fantastic start.
