As a flight attendant, I would contact the company and they would have her removed within minutes either by medics or law enforcement. The fact that the flight crew didn’t step in is wild.
Corporate cover up. Thats why they didnt do anything. The flight attendants themselves would have gotten fired and the pilot would have stayed on.
@@Timien ... The CoPilot has the responsibility as the next in charge to relieve her of her duties.

In a situation like that the co-pilot should have the authority to call security to have her escorted out.

Yes!
The co-pilot definitely does have the authority to do so.
The first officer was likely completely shocked at the situation, or didn’t hear what was being said over the PA. But in a perfect world, he should have shut the door to the cockpit and locked it

@doctahwahwee2237 Take understanding out of the equation - it does not apply to this situation. Let her shrink deal with that simpish issue. She didn't
just "take the initiative" she interjected herself improperly in a situation that in itself required her to DEAL WITH the passengers' frustration about being
waylaid for 2 hours. THAT is (now was) an inherent part of her job. She responded to the passengers' frustration by grabbing the mike, inserting herself
and her personal problems then lashing out at them. Please don't try to justify her outrageous actions. You've heard the old adage - 'if you can't take the
heat get out of the kitchen". What she did was so totally off the wall and wrong and she should have been fired. Get her out of the kitchen. She was the
one that needed to be removed from the plane. Her demonstration of her emotional stress in the form of a break down must have horrified the passengers
