I played EQ back during the original launch through early Luclin on the Quellious server. My first character was a bard. Your videos are the reason I’m planning to come back and play this 25 year old game this weekend. Thanks for the great content and massive nostalgia bombs.

I have a hard time doing tlp servers because the playerbase is so minmaxed out if you log out for more than a half hour you will forever be left behind.
Not planning on playing anything but P99 in the near future, but always enjoy new vids. This was one of the first EQ channels I started watching when I decided to start playing again a couple years ago. Keep up the great work :)
this is perfect. ive wanted to give classic eq a try since i watched some of reptox's videos. i tried it once but easily got lost and didnt have any idea what i should be doing so it got boring pretty quick. pretty excited to give it another shot because it looks like a lot of fun once u get into it.
Been having fun on Teek so far. Playing very casual but I don’t feel like an outcast or anything by playing in this way. Would be nice to try grouping though as solo does get a little lonely. Probably after I save up for a decent shield.
So the original EQ on Steam has classic servers? Everytime i go back there some new tutorial zone that i absolutely hate. How does one go about playing classic EQ without P99?
Yeah we have 2 fresh servers releasing tomorrow starting with kunark. You have to have a sub to play on them though. A lot quality of life features compared to p99
@@IonBlaze1 have they lessened the leveling progression time from Vanilla or is it still really slow -- even with group composition? (Or rely on Sub perks for xp bonuss?)

Not that bad to be honest. A lot of people do 1-50 in 20ish hours straight. You can also buy XP pots to further speed it up if you wish
