Thank you everyone for 1,000 views! This is the first video I've made that has gotten anywhere close to this level of attention. I thank Jesus! Here's to the next 1,000!
Also 47 remind me of Karl from Sniper Elite series, he is a total psychopath, that is working for the allies, in his own words in the end of Sniper Elite III when he is killing a general: "The only difference between me and you, is that I see the people that I kill".
I really hate new UA-cam system that recommends some bullshit videos, but sometimes it gives me a surprisingly good stuff. Keep doing it bud, I'll wait your next vid!
Way back I hear in a review in a Hitman Retrospective, that Hitman was the darker version of James Bond, even if you are killing criminals and mob bosses, 47 is not better than them, is a cold calculated killer, nothing more and nothing less, he doesn't do it under the facade that he doing the right thing.
@@TheKeyser94 Yeah, that's a great point! 47 never attempts to come across as the good guy. Ultimately, he's just doing a job. An unscrupulous one that he's very good at. At least in the new trilogy, he never takes any kind of moral high ground. He never tries to reason himself into being morally right. That said, he's not what we would commonly consider "overtly evil" either (despite his murderous proclivities). I think it adds some fun depth to his character that's worth exploring. Really makes ya think!
@@LawrenceInArabia4 In the first trilogy he goes back and forth, first he just doing his job, he care less who he kills, he only follows orders blindly, till he realise the he was deceive, the second game try to find some redemption, till the priest is kidnapped and the Agency request his services again in exchange into finding the priest, the third, he abandon any kind of pretence of what he is doing, or if he is good or bad, he have no moral high ground, only target to kill, that why is called Blood Money (because the money that you gain with your kills let you buy better weapons and better gear), and it ends with the final act showing that 47 doesn't really care who he kills, when he kills an entire group of people in his own funeral.
Great analysis. I feel like I learned a lot and was super surprised when I scrolled down to see you're such a small channel with such high quality output. Subscribed.
Hi there, loved watching the vid and subscribed. A small nitpick: sometimes, like at 1:51, your voicevolume lowers dramatically so it's pretty hard to understand those small moments when that happens.

This is a really good video! I'm shocked by how few subscribers you have- but I'm happy to be one of them now.

Really solid games showcased here, good to see one of my old classmates making solid essay format videos. Nice job my friend!

@@TheKeyser94 Very interesting. Based on what you're saying, I'll definitely have to check out the originals!
