I hope the next Victoria 3 or hearts of iron or they create a new game that combines ck3,vic2 and hoi4 with an extended timeline and maybe go more in depth for the political process
HoI4 is not the game to do that with. It's less about building up your empire throughout history, and more of trying to push to that last province for an encirclement. By that point in time, governments were very centralized and the politics revolved around countries, not people. Absolute monarchy had also been completely wiped out in WWI.
Parsa Tayebi I’m meaning with a little bit more character development, maybe include realistic elections, realistic govt functions that eventually change over time , also I don’t mean them making that for the next HOI I mean combine all the elements of the other game maybe turn it into to one big game with different timer periods and different mechanics for each period
@@jeylonblake3407 I get you man, and I used to think that too, but HoI4s hour-by-hour playstyle would be an absolute cancer if it went past 20 years. HoI4 has more ticks than Vic2 as it is.
Bet this time we will not see many DLC's
So culturally changing a county will be much harder because of the revolts eh? I guess you guys dont wanna see us blob too quickly but I beg you please dont try make this game as eu4
Once you get empire is they didn't change the claim system just inviting strong king claimants making them your vassal and conquering their claims will still although you to blob not to mention if your ruler can use a CB like invasion or get crusade lands.
It was fine in Imperator
Question: should I own the counties inside my duchy?
are we going to have artifacts from first release?
Nope.
@@TallDude404 dangit
I think the tile system is kinda obsolete.
Can I get pre-release version right now? Asking for a friend.
Bruh
I'm the friend
So..m just give it to me
Cmon Paradox, it's D E M E S N E.
Can't wait for three generations from now when CK, Stellaris, EU, HOI, and Victoria are all one game
God, I hope not.
Turkish language... i have dream 😩
DUTCHY OF SIERADZ STRIKE ONCE AGAIN (we have in our country a griup who try separate sieradz of Poland or at least autonomy)
moding tools? i really want avatar mod for this game :)
Quite nice, I can't wait. But even though it's the same, I liked the use of demesne more.
Is there going to be naval combat?
No mate... It's the 9th century.
@@parsatayebi7652 shame, the romans and the greeks had naval combat in their time . Still great game though
@@roropiroro6425 Yes but they were the exception and not the rule. Byzantines won't even have unique mechanics at launch. Maybe they will make an expansion focused on that region and maybe then they will also add more naval options.
@@MeldinX2 what I'm saying is that naval combat in the middle ages was as commom as in the renaissance, for a game that uses history accuracy it would be great to add naval warfare since it adds more juice to trade routes and having to defend them.
@@roropiroro6425 I mean i'm not against having good naval systems in the game. As it stands they don't even have trade routes in the game at launch. I guess they could make an expansion about naval stuff in general. But i don't think they will. Even in CK2 we only used ships as transports.
my mans got a blocked nose
Won’t be in the next one :) thank god
is this game real time?
Yes it is. However player can pause the game or switch the speed
I am still waiting for polish language
Nobody wants Paradox translation. Wait for mod.
the game isnt even out yet
In ck 2 we could poses baronnies in county that we didn't hold , how will it function in CK 3?
Unless I’m mistaken, you can no longer have independent baronies in counties.
Personally I hope this is the case, it was very annoying to have to wage an entire war over a barony
Barony titles in ck3 are always vassals of the county they are in. However there is a new mechanic where holdings can be rented out, for example to holy orders. You give up the tax and levies, but you still technically own the barony and can kick them out if you want to. I believe this was confirmed in one of the earlier dev diaries.
@@MichaelFortner1989 thank you
@@UnprofessionalGamerr Thank for the information but unfortunately I don't agree about the fact that it make it better on the contrary it was more historic in ck 2 , a historic example is Berwick-upon-Tweed changed several times possession between England and Scotland and his has a size of a baronies and there is a lot more examples like between the French Italien border , where there were wars for just little towns and that is why still today they are Italians town where the majority speak a French dialect
Anyone else plays CK games by giving everyone Game of Thrones names and renaming the kingdoms to fit that?
there is a mod for that
@@surburbanblacksmith yeah I played it, but its not the same. I enjoyed it better when I turn the world into the Westerosian culture and love creating the many kingdoms myself.
good video but I'd recommend turning the music down so it's more in the background and not competing with the narration.
If the phrase Deus vult isn't in the game i won't buy it
