no that’s not the only problem the main probably is she hurt her arm because they weren’t flat and her fingers were togther wich can lead to broken fingers
passing: bend legs, lean where you want to go, and freeze after you bump set: hands in triangle shape and use your legs to get it stronger and more in the air serve: need a fist for underhand that was just horrendous 😭
OMG I was watching this and for the serving I was like umm that’s not how you serve. I am a former coach myself and I was kinda getting mad when she did that lol.(I am talking about when she did the flat hand) I am glad someone noticed!(someone probably did, but I just didn’t see them.)

Aight here's the explaining, on my phone: Bumping: you gotta bend your knees and use your leg strength, not flinging your arms around. And yes, when I first started volleyball, it hurt. But not worries, get used to it. Volley/setting: use you hands, put it above your forehead, then make a triangle and kinda bend it so then when the ball hits your hand, its not flat. Then, like bumping, your going to also your your leg strength and push upwards. Practice against a wall first, it'll help. Tell me if I'm wrong, I'm horrible at explaining but better is I showed it. Like a demonstration. Did this help?
you can do it, you are a volleyball player, you can do what you want because you participated in the world league championships wear your shorts, put on your knee pads, pull your socks and wear your cuffs and play without fear
Isn't the last correction she did a carry? Because her hand wasn't closed. In serving, u can only have your hand opened for a overhand serve. (If I'm wrong please lmk)
all of y’all about the bending legs thing on the passing are correct but that wasn’t the problem, she hurt her arm because her arms weren’t flat and she wasn’t hitting it with the right part of her arm. she also had her fingers crossed.
She isn’t bending her legs at all with anything, underhand serve or passing. Also serving underhand with an open plan is considered a lift and illegal is vball. The hit was perfect just close your fist and it’s good. With the set open your hands and spread your fingers. When you put your hands above your head both index finger and thumbs should form a triangle. After that just push the ball in the air and youre golden
@@favwi17that's mostly a mental thing but what helped me is keeping my arms slightly infront of your head but still touching so if they hit you it'll bounce of your arms and not smack you in the face

For the bump not bending legs and her fingers were like together if that makes sense and for a set her hands were flat and not moving with the ball and for the serve she threw the ball instead of hitting it out of her hand ❤
Probably hitting under it instead of running up into the hot. Every time I mess up I realize it’s because I didn’t toss the ball far enough away from me and I’m starting to close to the line
The problem with the 3rd problem isnt because shes doing it wrong, its because she aimed low, for that kind of serve you have to aim high, so that it doesn't go under the net or doesn't hit the net.
1. one was legs and forarm placement 2. Was just her hands were too stiff and werent curved to match the ball 3.was her hands needed to be horizontal and not vertical

that way isn't necessarily incorrect, she just made bad contact. Just be careful cuz if u hit hard with bad contact it'll really hurt your wrist. Anyways, haven fun playing volleyball
The passing problem was because she didn’t bend her legs and the setting was because she didn’t put her hand position correctly and she didn’t put effort and the serving was because she didn’t get the serving position and ur not supposed to open ur hand
I used to have problems like that when I started volleyball 7th grade year but I'm a sophomore and now I can do volleyball pretty good....(Its nice to have people to help)...
Problems: 1. She has no power because she did not use her legs at all witch gave her no power to get the ball anywhere 2. Her hands were firm and she used her palms not her fingers lastly she also had stright legs 3. I have no clue
First of all when she passes the ball from back row defense she needs to bend her knees there will be like 30 aces in a row if she doesn’t bend her knees The key is to get in ready position touch the ground and then just put your back up not your legs That’s how far you have to be down to the ground especially in defense She also has to use her legs to pass the ball and not swing her arms as much when you do pass a ball correctly there will be a little nudge in your arms but it will not be any huge movement also the best Way to put your hands while passing is put one on top of the other and then put your thumbs next to each other And you want your arms to be Straight and sturdy But not uncomfortably tight You also have to square off your hips to your target so that it gives more direction to the ball if you have A lot of movement within your arms When passing you will put spin on the ball so just remember to use your legs when setting you want your hands to be the shape of the ball so make a small diamond shape and make sure your hands are spread out just enough and you shouldn’t hear a hard hit on the ball after setting it it should be almost silent and your fingertips should make a light touch you don’t want to make your hands like a claw but you don’t want your hands to be completely straight you want them to be comfortable and in the shape of the ball and you also want to take a step forward and square off your hips to your target and bend your knees just a small tiny bit and then set it
My friend that is on the volleyball team tough me all this and more and I thank her so much for it, I'm joining the volleyball team next year and I can't wait
