Gena, have you tried any of the curl products by Hairitage by Mindy McKnight? The products I’ve been using since a year and a half ago when my hair suddenly went from straight to curly are the Hairitage Curl Crème, the Hairitage Day Two Hair Refresher, and the Hairitage Light As A Feather Leave-in Conditioner, all purchased at Walmart. I’m a beginner with curly hair and I’m still learning how to deal with curls. I haven’t seen anyone else on UA-cam mention these three products. I really enjoy your videos; I’m learning a lot!
No matter what I do, I get frizz on top and my hair feels dry and crunchy using CGM. It really doesn't curl... kind of is just stringy frizz with a few curls. As soon as the dewpoint plumetted from 80+ % to 50 & under, I have been able to just use hair protector & leave in & a curl activator on bottom , then just blow dry. I have used the Amika Curl Corps & Ouidad Climate Control Regular hold & put curl cream. I hate the feel of product in my hair & want to wash the next day. My hair is fine to medium texture, probably range between 1a to 2C. It's just a dry frizzy mess after it dries. Is the Ouidad strong hold something I might be able to use? I don't diffuse because... here comes the frizz lol Any suggestions? I need a ton of moisture too.
The Umberto Giannini curl jelly, creme de Curl, curl refresh ones. They're in pink bottles. And, in the same brand, the repair line. It has shampoo, conditioner and a repair conditioner it's in a tub container.
For hard water and everything and it’s cheap is garnier fructis pure clean- it actually clarifies amazingly and is VERY moisturizing and actually has slip. I’ve never tried anything like it and is my high porosity super clarifier! Give it a try!!!
I don’t even know how to put into words how good the conditioner is for my low porosity hair. It isn’t too heavy, but it works fast and can even be used for deep conditioning.
Not all wavy hair needs lightweight!!! I have 2c 3a hair and I need super high hold. It’s a common misconception that wavy hair needs lighter hold. It’s about porosity!!!!
You’re mixing up weight and hold. You can have a lightweight gel that has a strong hold (as well as heavy gels with a lighter hold). Weight generally corresponds with the amount of oil based moisturizers in a product. More oils, the heavier it is. Lighter products typically have more humectants for hydration or silicones in place of oils.
Gena I just wanted to say thank you❤. When I have a problem with my curd I come to you for help. Thank you for giving us great information and context about curly hair. Your awesome don’t give up ❤
For any thick gels that are hard to work with, here is a pro tip: get a squeeze bottle and add some gel with distilled water and shake it up to dilute it a bit.
Glad to finally know why a lot of products like the LUS don't work well for me (frizz, no hold, etc). Also, THANK YOU for including those products that dried your hair out. That is a constant problem as I learn how to style my wavy hair in a dry summer climate. I'm assuming that those of us who live in the southwest (and not right on the coast) have the same issue to one extent or another.

I am 58yo and my whole body is drying out, so my scalp loves Shea Moisture Shampoo, Conditioners, and Deep Conditioners. Several Curly type Shampoos left my scalp really itchy. Hair needs vs scalp needs is an issue for many of us. Thankfully, my hair loves the Shea Moisture Deep Moisurizing Mask. Love the whole NYM Curl Talk stylers.
The itchy scalp can be a big problem. When my scalp bothers me I add tea tree oil to my scalp or put it into conditioner after wash, then slap it on my scalp, and rub it all over my head, after that rinse.
I've said before that you're my hair twin, but finally I found a difference - I HATE the NYM mousse. My hair is frizzy immediately no matter how much water I do or don't have in my hair and how much or little mousse I use.
I tried suave it was good but yes got to use a good mask plus a leave in conditioner . Twist I like very much is mild but here is hard water so I use Ouidad or CS. Those are my favs
@@GenaMarie stylecraze listed it as one of the best 12 alcohol free mousses for curly hair.in 2024. I'd love it if you tried it again and did a video styling your hair with it. Maybe the formula has changed?
I have wavy dry hair, and I can make it curly by scrunching as I discovered way into my adulthood😂 I don't like the crunchy feeling so I always brush it out after one day. I was contemplating to buy some new products, especially mosturizing leave-ins. Your video is amazing as it would take tons of money to test it all. So thank you, I might purchase something that you recommend. I always admire people will well managed curly hair, because it takes much more work to have good looking curly hair, than wavy hair. You give so much info that I had no idea about, and maybe even one day I am able to wear curly hair longer than one day. 🎉❤
This was a great comparison video. But I was having a hard time keeping track of the products that worked for you. A list of the “good stuff” would have been great!
Since you’re looking for affordable runny gels… (this is gonna make no sense at first but stick with me) please please PLEASE try the Aussie Miracle Curls Refresher spray Labeled maximum hold and I don’t find I can just spray this on dry hair as a “refresher” Because to me this is a SPRAY GEL Second ingredient is PVP, I find it moisturizing and easy to brush with, it’s VERY runny and gives a ton of shine bc of the oils in it (I use this like I use the Ouidad red gel you rave about)
Agree. Tried these years ago, was recommended by my stylist. Really wanted to like it because it is a Canadian company. But despite multiple tries using them the products had no hold. The one product of theirs that was good is their deep conditioner One and done products do not work for my curls despite the hype they use in their advertisements.
One of my favorite mouse stylers is the Ogx Coconut Curos creamy decadent mouse my hair loves it and ut has a really good amount of hold and is super moisturizing to i love the matching air dry cream as well
Love seeing you test out more drugstore haircare! I bought the L'Oreal bond repair treatment some time ago, haven't tested out but Abbey Yung is a huge fan of it.
Ion has a shampoo for hard water. I just bought it, haven't tested it out yet but will soon. Hard water builds up everywhere in my house from shower to kitchen faucet. I hope this works without turning my hair into straw.
I use that one at least twice a month because I deal with your same situation. I can go at least 4 days between washes after using it and also double cleanse. I'll typically use a bond repair product after this shampoo, then a deep conditioner and sometimes a regular conditioner as well.
Thank you for all of your great videos. As far as drugstore products my favorite is Kinky Curly Curling Custard. You don’t need to apply to much for great results. The curls lasts for days. If I need to refresh I take a tiny amount with water and glaze over my curls. My hair is very similar to yours. They also have a leave in called Kinky Curly Knot Today that can be used underneath if you need some moisture use a small amount of product. Please review this product. Thank you
I used the Verb Curl Foaming Gel to refresh my hair today and I did dampened my hair down with some water beforehand. I did a little brush styling on the spots that needed it and the curls did spring up. But, like you, I find the product does not give me enough hold, I always add a gel on top. Probably won't get it again, was really disappointed that the product separated a fairly short time after I purchased it, so I have to gently remix it before using it. Probably won't buy it again.
I actually have the Curl Keeper products in my hair in this video! I'll have a post up tomorrow on my feed sharing those. I tried the refresh spray but didn't like it. My hair was producty and didn't have hold.
Can you do a video on why my conditioner gets foamy after I clarify? I actually used that Ouidad shampoo yesterday and even after REALLY rinsing it out, my conditioner got foamy and my hair received only maybe half the moisture. My current theory is that my super thick/coarse/porous hair somehow absorbed the detergent? I get so much buildup so I really do need to clarify sometimes and I don’t know what to do 😭
Thank you so much for the super thanks! 🙏🏼 this is normal for conditioners. Conditioners often contain surfactants to improve the spreadability and softness. This does not prevent them from moisturizing the hair. If your hair is still dry, use a deep conditioner and make sure you’re brushing both through for even coverage
Gena!! Can you please try the Herbal Essences volumizing mousse? It's a 4 hold. I ALWAYS go back to it, even after all the high-end pricey products. It's in an orange bottle. I get day 3-4 hair with it.
Hi Gena! If possible, an honest review of the flora & curl collection. I see it all over instagram and I can’t justify buying them bc they are sponsored posts. Thanks! 😊
@@malloryp8341 thank you! Fragrance can be a deal breaker for me so I am scared of these products bc I smell them in stores. I wish they sold trial sizes.
I used to love the Aussie gel… until I tried other gels 😂I need to use a lot to get the right amount of hold. It is very thick and is not flexible once you put it in. I’ve been using the curl smith curl stimulator and the hydro flexi jelly. Love them both! I realized the difference consistency makes.
I am still very new to trying products for my wavy hair. I am in my early 60's and just discovered my frizz problems were because I have wavy hair. Who knew! The biggest issue I have with the products is if they contain fragrance. When I was younger, perfumes or fragrances were not a problem. Now, if they linger in my hair, I have to rewash to get rid of the scent. It would help me in the decision process if you mentioned if the products are heavily scented. Thank you for the helpful videos!
If you need moisture let me recommend Cream of Nature Argan Oil Shampoo and Intense Conditioner. Very moisturizing and not expensive. I have 2C wavy dry, frizzy, coarse hair and it works really well.
Thanks for the video. Always love the detailed information you put into your videos. I agree Verb CFG doesn’t have enough hold on its own but I get great results when I pair it with AG Liquid Effects. Also I didn’t get the best results with NYM original gel. Like how you gave alternatives. I think that is more helpful for curlies and wavies looking for something that works for them. Look forward to your next video
I am HERE for the filters on your shop. I need the polyquats! My question for you: is there magic behind air-dry creams, much less air-dry shampoos and conditioners? Asking as a wavy who is lucky to get three days out of a style. Some time away from the hair dryer sounds like a dream.
Loved this video!!! The not your mothers hard hold is my favorite gel and I use it every time I wash and style with the not your mothers Curl talk cream! I would recommend you trying that Odele clarifying shampoo and it removes hard water buildup. It can we found out Ulta And is really affordable. For a really good drugstore shampoo /conditioner the herbal essence sulfate free curl defining shampoo and conditioner. I have purchased it twice and it is really good.
Great video! I appreciate your honesty. I mentioned this a couple weeks ago, but I don't know if you saw it as I was late, but Not Your Mother's Curl Talk has come out recently with a custard. I've only been able to find it at Ulta Beauty, but when I paired it with the Not Your Mother's Curl Talk gel that you mention in this video, I got great results. I agree that their gels are drying, but the custard underneath gave that much-needed boost of moisture. It was a really nice combo, and still fairly inexpensive. If I was making a "don't waste your money on these video", I would have included: Hask Curl Shaping Jelly, Curls Blueberry Bliss Control Jelly, and John Frieda Frizz Ease Gel.
Yes! I looked into that but wasn’t sure it was right for me since it said for “elongation” and I like shrinkage lol. But I could still try it since I do like custards!
@@GenaMarieI like shrinkage too! I didn't find the custard elongated my hair at all. I don't think a product can really elongate your hair once the cast is gone - only your styling technique can do that.
I like the blueberry bliss jelly, but I don't use it as my hold product. I use it as my styler because it has a large amount of protein and the aloe. Vera seems to do a nice job in my hair of keeping things moisturized over time and then I put a mousse over top of it and then I end with a hard hold gel. But I'm still trying to figure this out. And I could change my mind tomorrow. I do know I totally agree. A stronghold jail seems to be essential.
What favorite shopping list? The shop page on my blog is not a list of my favorites, rather products that I’ve tried and recommend. It just didn’t work for my hair type but may work for someone else
I have the same problem with hold levels. A lot of products say they are hard hold but are not. Because of that reason, I am hesitant to try products that are more on the expensive side. When I do, it's just another product on my curly shelf that I don't reach for regularly. My curl pattern is similar to yours, mine is 2b/c-3a. I have problems getting a full look like you have, esp on day 1 for me. I style upside down in sections for volume but I have tried styling upright and haven't had much success. I need to trial and error more to get it down. The Aussie curls mousse I use as a refresher on days 2-5.
Great, Great video! Thank you! You know, I have very difficult hair and living in Puerto Rico doesn't help. But I remembered before all the new products and sulfate free etc etc, I used to use a gel but I just forgot about it. I recently bought it again and the results were FANTASTIC. It's Paul Mitchell's Styling glaze. I saw hardly any frizz. I did have to reapply the day after only on my very dry side (I have a few textures on my hair 🙄) but after that it lasted almost all week and I used just dabs of water. Hardly NO FRIZZ and my hair never felt dried out! Have you ever heard of that one? (you can only buy it at salons) If you know about it, let me know what you think. I wouldn't want my hair to get messed up in the long run because of this or that ingredient. Thank you again Gena! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great video. I have too many products which dont work for me. Interesting that you get so much hold from the Ouidad. I like it however i need to layer it as I get too much volume with it. I don't use a lot of foams but 2 foams that have hold in my opinion, in particular in you refresh with them the next day, are The Doux foams. Be curl one is more hydrating and the mouss def has more hold for me. Available in drugstores
I don't get a super hard cast from the Ouidad gel, it's more of a flexible hold but it lasts for days and doesn't frizz much so I consider it strong hold!
Hello GenaMarie.. I have yet to use a co- wash.. So far so good.. Curl Smith ~ Aussie Miracle Curls~ Herbal Essence ~ Not Your Mother's products are working well.. I'm needing a change.. Twist ~ Curl Wow will be the new products even at 38$ dollars .. Aussie curling mousse is a good product for my hair.. Thank you for sharing likes and dislikes ❤
Gonna push back a little on your assessment of Curl Wow Floetry. Not a styler. It’s a leave-in. I didn’t try the Mix styler that it’s supposed to be paired with because there’s few stylers that works for me. What I love about Floetry is that it seems to be a “work smarter not harder” type of leave-in. I got incredible moisture that lasted but it’s very watery and light. I think I can experiment with harder hold gels for my 4 a/b curls without worrying about it drying my hair out with this product. Currently I have to slather my hair in oils and heavier conditioners like Jessicurl Too Shea or Adowoa Leave In Conditioning Styler. But I like my hair fluffy AND moisturized. It worked well with my current routine so I’m gonna experiment with it more.
It’s funny how curls are so different. I found Bread shampoo to be so harsh on my 4a/b coils. Strips color too. I can’t even find it in my stash anymore I think I threw it away.
Have you tried the Aveda flaxseed aloe gel? That one has a harder hold than the confixor gel but it has the same watery consistency. It gives me a cast that isn't too strong but the hold is still there for days. I like to pair it with their be curly curl enhancer❤
twist by ouidad gel doesnt give me enough hold unless i use a tonnnnn its a light to medium hold for me no matter what leave in or lack thereof i use but i still like it. just not my favorite
Hi Gina😊 If you were to use the Verb Curl Foaming Gel in your routine what else would you use along with it? Thx so much. I ❤ your channel. You are so educated on curls and product ingredients!!
Thank you, Gena, your videos always are comprehensive and very helpful. Have you ever included the Kinky Curly Come Clean shampoo in your reviews of clarifying and chelating shampoos? I recently switched to it because the fragrances were too strong for me with both the Malibu C and Ouai products. Also, have you ever tested the Loma products?
I went back to a grocery store gel- Garnier Fructis Curl Shape Defining Spray Gel because it’s a strong hold AND it’s the ONLY gel I have found that is a spray pump… it covers my hair evenly and also curls from my roots… i have wavy fine hair. I would be curious if you know of any other great spray gels. My favorite gel is the Ouidad Climate control you recommend but i prefer the spray applicator!
I know if a spray gel!!! Just commented above but it’s the Aussie Miracle Curls Curl refresher spray (it’s just labeled incorrectly, it’s definitely a spray gel and not a refresher) Second ingredient is PVP (provides hold) it is labeled maximum hold, and I find it to be very runny, easy to brush style with, it does provide very strong hold for me, it smells great, it’s moisturizing, it leaves my hair super shiny because of the oils in it, and I could never just spray it on dry hair as a refresher, I use it in the same way that I use the Ouidad red gel that Gena raves about
I use the Keratherapy Daily Smoothing Cream on top of my curl cream to make my high porosity, super fine, high density hair more manageable, but every hold product I use adds that grit back and the smoothing cream is rendered pointless. Any recs for super low texture hold product? The higher the hold the better. I just finished my can of Curl Talk Activating Mousse, which I am not a fan of, personally. It always leaves my hair feeling dry, a little sticky, and I don't get good hold with it, and if I use too much I get that producty look and it makes my hair tangle like crazy. I'm almost out of my Aussie Headstrong volume gel, which I find to be too thick and sticky, but the hold level is pretty good for me.
Could you discuss Bounce Curl Clarifying shampoo? It has several polyquats, and I love the way it feels on my hair. However, I’ve worn my hair straight my entire life, and I am new to curly world. I’m not confident that it’s cleaning my hair well enough. Ouidad products are just okay for me so far, but I will try the Twist Clarifying Shampoo with cream and gel next time just to see how it works in combination. I left the cream off last time and got frizz, but my hair is low porosity, so I was trying to limit product buildup.🤦♀️🤷♀️
What about Tre Luxe products? They blow up my Insta, but I don't know anyone who's tried them. And I can't wait to see what you think of the Aveda line! Their products usually smell amazing!
I absolutely LOVE the Curlsmith Essential Moisture line, but I feel I get similar results with the Verb Ghost Shampoo & Conditioner. Have you tried these?if so what were your thoughts, but if not, I think you should definitely try them and advise what your thoughts are after using.

Totally agree! I was referring to weight versus hold. Weight would be the thickness and the amount of moisture. Hold would be the cast amount.
Agree, I have wavy and low porosity hair, and I need hardest hold I can get because healthy hair is slippery and doesn't hold it's shape very well
Yes same I need a strong hold

I have fine, high porosity, low density type 3b curls. I have used Tresseme Moisture line for years. I love the way it makes my hair feel. 😊
Gena!! Can you please try the Herbal Essences volumizing mousse? It's a 4 hold. I ALWAYS go back to it, even after all the high-end pricey products.
It's in an orange bottle.
I get day 3-4 hair with it.
YES! Adding it to my list for products to try. 💗
Yes! Please review this mousse. It's my go-to rn. Currently in my hair and in my experience, it holds up for days! Thank you, Gena ☺️ @@GenaMarie
I agree. I use it with Biotera defining gel from Sally's.
I think you should try tigi’s curls rock amplifier. I love it!
Have the same absolutely amazing results when I use it!
Is it a curl cream or gel?
Hi Gena! If possible, an honest review of the flora & curl collection. I see it all over instagram and I can’t justify buying them bc they are sponsored posts. Thanks! 😊
Sure! It’s been a long time since I tried them. I recall liking the scalp range
I have Flora and Curl products, and I must warn you the fragrances in the products are pretty strong!
I realized the difference consistency makes.
my hair loves the flexi jelly
I am still very new to trying products for my wavy hair. I am in my early 60's and just discovered my frizz problems were because I have wavy hair. Who knew! The biggest issue I have with the products is if they contain fragrance. When I was younger, perfumes or fragrances were not a problem. Now, if they linger in my hair, I have to rewash to get rid of the scent. It would help me in the decision process if you mentioned if the products are heavily scented. Thank you for the helpful videos!
Curlsmith has a fragrance free line - its the one in the white bottles
@@eme8237 Thank you for that tip! I will check out their full line of products.
Can you post your reccs for hard water shampoos that aren’t stripping but didn’t fit into the budget for this video?
Love this kind of video!
Thank you so much!
I am HERE for the filters on your shop. I need the polyquats! My question for you: is there magic behind air-dry creams, much less air-dry shampoos and conditioners? Asking as a wavy who is lucky to get three days out of a style. Some time away from the hair dryer sounds like a dream.
Hmm I haven't noticed much difference I don't think but need to test more.
Please review the Tresemme flawless curls line. I have the combing cream and mousse and I’m struggling with it.
Thanks for the tips! Same...i need hold products!😊
I have purchased it twice and it is really good.
nothing i mean NOTHING makes my curls thrive like the ouidad gel. my #1 product of all time.
So, so helpful! Thank you.
Gena , this past wash I I dug out my Lus all in one but I used it with their gel . My hair still looks great on day 3 with barely any refreshing .
That's great!
The Not Your Mother’s Curl Talk “Refreshing Curl Foam” is on your favorites shopping list. You may want to update. 😊😬
What favorite shopping list? The shop page on my blog is not a list of my favorites, rather products that I’ve tried and recommend. It just didn’t work for my hair type but may work for someone else
My friend said the curling gel from Curly Talk was awful and the foam you were talking about from them, said the same thing you did.
VC anti gravity styling cream and/or gel. (Vicious Curls)
Drugstore brand Maui Moisture products (specifically the curl quench curl smoothie)
Lus works great for me and they have an unscented line
That's great!
The Aussie curls mousse I use as a refresher on days 2-5.
great video Gena. Have you any experience with Kinky Curly Custard?
Yes, I love it! Since it doesn’t have humidity blocking ingredients, I mainly use it in the fall and winter.
ive just bought it and trying to figure out the right amount to use. I used too much at first and had droopy curls lol @@GenaMarie
Please try Cake products. I have fine, medium density hair and I really like their curl whip mousse.
Hey Gina what is the best curl cream for definition & frizz reduction? Also can you recommend a moisturizing mousse that doesn’t have drying alcohol
@@GenaMarie Thank you for explaining.
Yes, I know it's a leave-in. I did not find it to be moisturizing at all and my curls felt very dry. I only used it paired with the Mix styler though!
On top of all the work we curly girls need to do the products change with the seasons for my hair 😮
It’s funny how curls are so different. I found Bread shampoo to be so harsh on my 4a/b coils. Strips color too. I can’t even find it in my stash anymore I think I threw it away.
I live in a very hard water state and town. I’m anxious to see your recommendations for drug stores shampoo.
I would love for you to review Native curl shampoo and conditioner
Hello Gena! I’m curious if you’ve ever tried the Curl Keeper products? I remember finding them drying but Ive learned alot about my curls since then.
Yep! I like the Tweak Cream and their Original Gel in the green bottle
@@GenaMariethanks!
Have you tried curlsmith style souffle? I use it plus the shine gel
Have you tried the Aveda flaxseed aloe gel? That one has a harder hold than the confixor gel but it has the same watery consistency. It gives me a cast that isn't too strong but the hold is still there for days. I like to pair it with their be curly curl enhancer❤
Ooh no I need to try that!!
Thank you Gena for a very informative and useful video. I would like to know what you think of Garnier products for curly hair?
It's been awhile since I tried them. I'll be testing one of their new products soon. I recall their stylers being too drying and high in silicones.
I would love to know what you think of the Kenra products
twist by ouidad gel doesnt give me enough hold unless i use a tonnnnn its a light to medium hold for me no matter what leave in or lack thereof i use but i still like it. just not my favorite
Id be interested in your opinion on thr Zotos curl line, mainly their gel and curl cream.
Hi Gina😊 If you were to use the Verb Curl Foaming Gel in your routine what else would you use along with it? Thx so much. I ❤ your channel. You are so educated on curls and product ingredients!!
I think I used my Ouidad gel on top of it because alone the Verb foam doesnt give holdd
I like the Verb Curly hair products.
LUS conditioner made my hair sooooo dry. Like I was shocked. I’ll never use it again lol
No but I need to try it! Also have not tried Loma
Side note, where is your shirt from? Looks so cozy!
Thanks! Old navy
How about an all in one ? I dont recall you trying the scrunch it all in one! That is my fave all in one...curious what your thoughts are
Which brand is that?
I tried that one . My curls was pretty only one day
Pantene pro-v volume &_body shampoo is a good drugstore clarifying shampoo that's not harsh stripping and affordable
A friend gifted me the 3 piece LUS. Terrible terrible terrible! Would be good for babies hair maybe?
A friend gifted me with ouai wave spray ondulation. I know you love the brands gel so I was hoping you tried the spray?
Have you tried LA Looks gel - super inexpensive but I find it works well
Not recently but I used to use it when I was kit. I recall it being drying on the hair though. I can try again sometime
@@GenaMarie trying your gel. Just waiting for it to arrive 😃
What about curl Smith stylers ans creams
LUS didn't work for me, either. I was very disappointed.
Suave scalp control works good for me.
I forgot to ask you yesterday but what Curl cream and gel is in your hair in this video? It looks so good!
These from Curl Keeper!
Cream: amzlink.to/az0JtsuB5UBay
Gel: amzlink.to/az0GoicZ3kXh9
OK!!!!
Do you get a strong hard hold crunchy cast with the gel?
Maybe you could do a review on these products?!!!
LUS also didn’t work for me at all.
I have straight hair on top and my sides and very curly in the back. I really want the top to be curly. Just like yours.
I think thats the Garnier gel I used to a long time ago! I need to make another video recreating that old routine.
I know if a spray gel!!! Just commented above but it’s the Aussie Miracle Curls Curl refresher spray (it’s just labeled incorrectly, it’s definitely a spray gel and not a refresher)
Second ingredient is PVP (provides hold) it is labeled maximum hold, and I find it to be very runny, easy to brush style with, it does provide very strong hold for me, it smells great, it’s moisturizing, it leaves my hair super shiny because of the oils in it, and I could never just spray it on dry hair as a refresher, I use it in the same way that I use the Ouidad red gel that Gena raves about
Aussie headstrong volume spray gel maximum hold is a good drugstore product it is a spray pump.Hope this helps.I like it.
@@silverlight6005 thanks! I’ll look for it
Lus products made my hair feel very greasy and no hold, lots of frizz. I have wavey hair that is definitely not oily.
Have you ever tried L.A. Looks sport gel - the blue one? It's the only thing I've found that gives me a decent hold without weighing my hair down.
I loved it but it broke me out so bad 😭
What about the Shea Moisture Foam ?
Never tried it!
What do you do when you say you "refresh" your hair?
Have you tried Ouidad’s loose curls line in the tan bottles? 🤔
I’ve tried the cream from that line and liked it!
Can u do a video on best brushes for curly hair?
I have one here 😊 ua-cam.com/video/X7vAKW7fuUU/v-deo.html&pp=gAQBiAQBsAQB
Thank u 😊
I have used TreLuxe quite a bit and featured them in past content. You can see everything here: genamarie.co/?s=tr%C3%A9luxe
What is the Aussie mousse you meant to try? Thanks!! :)

Garnier gel is a strong one.
I absolutely LOVE the Curlsmith Essential Moisture line, but I feel I get similar results with the Verb Ghost Shampoo & Conditioner. Have you tried these?if so what were your thoughts, but if not, I think you should definitely try them and advise what your thoughts are after using.
