Science on its own is absolutely worthless in and of itself, without a religious meaning to it it doesn't really matter.
Thankfully religion shall always prevail and give meaning to science.
Valmiki was the son of Prachetaa & the Grandson of Brahma, both of them Brahmins. So, Valmiki was a Brahmin. The thing is that the Bad guy being Brahmin is just a coincidence because the good guy is also a Brahmin. And Ramayan never shows Brahminism in Bad light & propagates a lot of CASTEISM.
The original name of today's Valmiki caste was 'BHANGI', Aryasamajis changed it to Valmiki forcibly cuz apparently Satyartha Prakash has a lot of inconsiderate statements against, guess who, 'BHANGIs'!!

Helo vimoh, what if a persons boss is castiest, nd it's difficult for him to switch job,how can that person deal with it, how can he save himself nd ensure his growth without being discriminated?
I don’t know if this helps or not, but you should discuss this with your HR and they will suggest a recourse. Most companies have strong policy against these kind of prejudice. If HR is not actively helping you then you can involve a lawyer and take the nescessary steps (I am not sure if Prevention of Atrocities SC/ST act will be applicable), but this can be a long and exhausting process.
Lastly, if you are not in a government job, there are ample of good companies out there and I would suggest to make an effort to switch to those companies. If company culture itself is rotten, there is no point in wasting your valuable time.
The problem is this casteism is very implicit.. never in the open.. and they always have something like merit, performance, skill etc to throw in your face. To justify that you're the problem. Something abstract. Something made up. Been there. But never stopped fighting.

It should not matter what background one belongs to, in order for one to dissent discrimination and reject casteist slurs. It needs to be understood that it is objectively unethical to segregate humans from each other (based on any arbitrary factor). The fact that Harsh fears coming out to his friends about his true communal identity or even requiring to pose as the privileged community in the first place, should be evidence that merits the annihilation of such a counter-productive system.
