I mean, I get it, your friend dies in a drunk driving accident, and you feel awful. You could write a song contemplating the meaning of life and how it is so fleetingly short. Back in high school I thought "Untitled" was a Simple Plan parody song until I saw the video and realized it actually was them. I legitimately don't understand how someone could make a song this generic, let alone an entire album this generic.
Okay, this got a laugh out of me. "MOOOOOMMMMMMMYYYYYYYY!!!!" "Caillou was upset that his mommy wouldn't take him to the park..." "Son, I thought I told you to turn that nonsense down!"
The thing that kills me about Untitled is that it's supposed to be a post-tragedy song, and yet the "this is all about me" factor is off the damn charts. No, Pierre, this didn't happen "to you," it happened to the victims, and you are one of many people affected, emphasis on "one of many" as you are not the only person in the world who feels sad.
The Simple Plan made up album title needs to be in Cards Against Humanity. "No pads, No helmets, Just A Bigger Blacker Dick." "No Pads, No Helmets, Just A Windmill of Corpses." "No Pads, No Helmets, Just Two Midgets Shitting in a Bucket."
I keep thinking back to the ScoobyDoo meets KISS review with Caluna where Jackula mentioned that the theme to What' New ScoobyDoo was done by Simple Plan.
I’ve seen almost every simple plan album sitting at the goodwill CD section since it first opened, along with every simple album you ever talked about, sitting there for months without ever getting touched
Oh, god. That was great. I know you didn't want to do it, but it was really entertaining, especially the ending. Also, How Could This Happen To Me is the "Photograph" of pop punk.
WeReviewEverything man I got to get into Coldplay’s I’ve only listened to Parachutes and AHFOD Pretty ironic I’ve listened to their debut and recent albums but from what I’ve heard their a really good band and I hate everyone shits on them just like Green Day and Mcr (and I’m nostalgic for Viva La Vida! 😃)
I remember going through my brothers' CD draw one night since he was away at college and I was shocked to find this of all albums in that drawer. The reason I was shocked is because that drawer also had AIC Facelift, STP Core, Joe Jacksons Look Sharp, Led zeppelins Mothership, The Beatles White Album along with some Pink Floyd albums and what I could assume was the entire Rush discography. It was like looking at the most beautiful person you could think of, except they have a noticeable zit on their face.
I actually bought No Pads, No Helmets, No Chance of me ever listening to this ever again, at around 12 years old. I remember really liking it. I bought the Hard Rock Live Album that they did, and I remember really liking that! I took one listen of Still Not Getting Any Talent and that was it for me. I have not listened to another Simple Plan song since, and have not listened to any of their albums, until I heard Luke's reviews of these two albums. I feel I am a better person because of this
I think How Could This Happen To Me rivals the song Whatcha Say by Jason Derulo in the "cheap way to evoke pain and misery in a TV show/ movie/ UA-cam review."
FINALLY SOMEONE CAUGHT IT! I did it intentionally to see if anyone actually reads the lyrics and if I should still be doing it. ...I also thought putting in MORE Simple Plan lyrics would make the video even worse.
And I only caught it because that one song managed to get me through bullying. I was born in '94, I'm pretty young, and caught that when I was in primary school. It kinda galvanized me to hold my chin up and bear it until I could move schools. I still listen to it very occasionally as a sort of guilty pleasure. I guess something good came from this album!
I feel like "Me Against The World" could work, if it had better writing. I mean, it had a decent rhythm to it but it's overshadowed by the childish lyrics, and everything else in this album is overshadowed by _"How could this happen to me......?"_ Like, seriously...
I knew a guy In College that played the pop-punk drinking game while listening to Simple plan. By albums end he’d gained 300lbs and his Blood had turned into Everclear. What a horrible death.

Personally, I'm not really into pop punk, either. I mean, for every Simple Plan there is something like Green Day or Sum 41 (the latter is also Canadian, coincidentally enough)
Anyway, here's my obligatory analysis on the album; Shut Up!- Wow, talk about being salty. I wonder if this is where Taylor Swift got her inspiration for "Shake it Off" or something... Welcome to My Life- Meh, I've heard better. This is like Nickelback's "Far Away," something that it would've been done so much better elsewhere. Perfect World- It's pretty bland, not to mention this is their _second_ song with Perfect in their title. Talk about lazy. Thank You- Eh, it has a bit more energy to it. But the lyrics are pretty damn repetitive. Me Against The World- Okay, this does does feel a bit different, since it sounds a bit like a fight song (if you take away the whiny lyrics), but it's still not very good. Crazy- I honestly had no idea what they were going for with this song. I mean, I get the topic they're exploring, but it seems laughable compared to the previous tracks. Jump- Yeah, I'd rather listen to Van Halen's "Jump" than this. Everytime- I'll give them this, they did try something different. Except it's a bit laughable considering what they're best known for. Promise- I really didn't like this song that much. It's just really forgettable. One- Yeah, if I wanted to hear a song about rebelling and standing tall, I'd just listen to Rise Against instead. Untitled- Oh My God. This song is just so memed to death that I just can't take it seriously. I mean, I can see what they're going with this, but like I said before, it's hard to take any of this seriously when their previous songs are just so juvenile and whiny. _Still Not Getting Any_ is the musical equivalent of those crappy Disney Channel movies about the most generic topics ever made. It's laughable, it's generic, it's bland, and worst of all, it's whiner than D.W. from Arthur and Caillou _combined._
Comparing Simple Plan to macaroni art is an insult to macaroni art. There's at least some semblance to creativity and effort to macaroni art. Simple Plan have no creativity to them whatsoever.
Seriously, Untitled is so whiny that it makes Fred Durst look ballsy by comparison. I mean, as much as people love to poke fun at a band like Linkin Park for songs like Crawling and Numb for being Emo, but at least they had a reason for its songwriting and Chester wasn't some whiny manchild pandering to the MTV/TRL crowd.
Yes! It’s different with unique sounds mixed together that make it so good. Pierre’s voice also sounds more mature in some songs too. Unfortunately I don’t think it sold too well and that why they went back to their “safe” sounding songs on their 4th and 5th album. (I assume about the 5th album because I never listened to it)
That moment when you first listen to this album when you're already an adult and think it is one of the best albums ever no joke I started listening to Simple Plan's whole discography only recently while I'm 19 and now they are one of my favorite bands ever
I'm a sorta fan of Simple Plan, and while No Helmets, No Pads...Just Balls is pretty whiny and adolescent, it had a handful of ok tracks. And I personally think Still Not Gettin' Any... is a massive improvement from NHNPJB, both lyrically and musically. Guitar work is slightly better, lyrics while still very adolescent are a bit more tolerable, and The Drums are the best part of the album. And here's my opinion on the album, track by track. 1): "Shut Up!": Yeah, the lyrics are a bit whiny, but I kinda like the energy that the song gives out. 2): "Welcome To My Life": Meh, it's ok. 3): "Perfect World": This is actually my favorite song from the album. The guitar is the best part of the song. 4): "Thank You": A bit faster for Simple Plan, and I personally don't mind the song's attitude. 5): "Me Against The World": It's pretty good IMO, I like the lyrics a bit. 6): "Crazy": The lyrics are a lot better than the other songs, even due to the instrumental being slower. 7): "Jump": I also like the energy of this song. Lyric wise it's pretty meh. 8): "Everytime": Meh 9): "Promise": Also Meh, but it has a nice guitar solo. 10): "One": I don't like this one so much. 11): "Untitled": While it is a meme, I unironically like the song a bit.
Linkin Park, Korn, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against (and other bands/artists): Good Angsty music Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Limp Bizkit, AJR (and other bands/artists): Bad Angsty Music

Load has its moments. The biggest knock against it is that it sounded VERY different from what Metallica had released prior to it. But with that said, I can't remember the last time I listened to it all the way through. Same goes for Reload.

Good Charlotte and Sum 41 will always be better than Simple Plan.

Still Not Getting Any(thing)....except for a thumbs up from President Trump. If "Untitled" came out today, he would tweet about it, saying it's the best song he's ever heard.
hahaha! Oh this is indeed hilarious. Thank you for listening for Simple Plan for us. I was 100% sure I wouldn't want to listen to it, but nobody had the courage to go through to tell the story. Thank you!
Very amusing observation about Simple Plan wanting to make "Welcome to My Life" so infantile that Kids Bop wouldn't touch it, because Kids Bop did cover it. That's how I first heard the song (yeah I had a few of the CDs as a kid before diving into alt rock and metal in middle school). And the Kids Bop version somehow sounds slightly more dignified if only because it's sung by actual children. So more fitting than dignified, I guess. Regardless, Simple Plan sucks. Even when my taste in music was questionable and embarrassing, I didn't like them when they were big.
That font on their name in the cover reminds me of Linkin Park. Which also reminds me that they are a way better band. Which ALSO reminds me that I should be listening to them instead.
God... Simple Plan... I want to see the merit in the music. I KNOW they've made music I can find myself willingly listening to; "Last One Standing" and "Take My Hand" were pretty catchy, there's "Gone Too Soon" - basically the anthem for those who've had a close loss and DOESN'T have a nasally voice, and "Astronaut" and "This Song Saved My Life" have some genuine power to them - but then the rest of their discography comes to mind and I have to ask myself "Why did I listen to them so much four years ago?!" Hell, a few days ago, I saw some school's anti-drunk driving campaign, and it played the entirety of "Untitled", and I just laughed the whole time that song played because it drowned out and ruined the scenes it was conveying.
I was 12 or 13 when this album came out. I hung out with two girls who were obsessed with Simple Plan. Even at that age I thought Simple Plan was whiny and lame. Being Canadian, of course they were played everywhere. My two favourite memories of this album are of other media making fun of it: Late Night with Conan O'Brien used to play "Welcome to My Life" over a dumb segment they called "Hunky Newcomer" I think where a handsome young guy would burst into the studio randomly and Conan and Max would stare at him in awe. The other one was YTMND using "How Could This Happen to Me" in the MySpace suicide note fad. I miss the mid-00s, man.
These days, I have bit of a love/hate (though I lean more towards the latter) towards SP. I mean, the first time I heard the band it was from their self titled album. Keep in mind, that album came out in _2008,_ several years after these albums. And while I stand by my opinion that I found a few tracks from _No Pads, No Helmets..._ but when I listened to _Still Not Getting Any,_ I couldn't find anything remotely good. The first track "Shut Up!" was ear-grating and annoying, the second track "Welcome to My Life" was recognizable but totally dull, "Perfect World" was forgettable, the fourth track is at least energetic but has really lame songwriting, "Me Against the World" would've been decent if it weren't for the same whiny lyrics as previous tracks, "Crazy" was just boring and I completely forgot about it after listening to it, "Jump" has some energy to it but again the lyrics drag it down, the next two tracks were so forgettable that I completely forgot the names of them, "One" was sappy and lame, and then there's "Untitled." Yeah, _that_ song... "Untitled," while having a decent message, it's completely undermined by narcissistic lyrics. Seriously, who in their right mind would react to the death of their friend with "how could this happen to me?" Because it inconveniences _you_ and not the victims of the accident. _Still Not Getting Any_ is easily the worst album from the band, because I literally couldn't find anything enjoyable. I admit that I used to like Simple Plan, but it's mostly because of songs such as "Your Love is a Lie," "When I'm Gone," "Take My Hand," and other tracks from their 2008 album. Not because of songs like "I'm Just a Kid" or "Untitled."
there's a Swans track off of their most aggressive album, Filth, called 'Thank You', the same name as the fourth track here... I don't know how to feel about that

You think Neil Young is better than Simple Plan? Buddy, you need to listen to more tunes.
Back in high school I thought "Untitled" was a Simple Plan parody song until I saw the video and realized it actually was them. I legitimately don't understand how someone could make a song this generic, let alone an entire album this generic.
It's official: Simple Plan is the Caillou of music. Kinda makes sense, both are Canadian after all. And can't seem to stop whining...
And parents hate it when their kids won't stop blasting it.
Funny story: I actually made a playlist equating and pairing up rock bands and cartoons from the 2000s, and I paired up Simple Plan with Caillou.
... There were never any neighborhood kids blasting Caillou on repeat for hours on end.
Okay, this got a laugh out of me.
"MOOOOOMMMMMMMYYYYYYYY!!!!"
"Caillou was upset that his mommy wouldn't take him to the park..."
"Son, I thought I told you to turn that nonsense down!"
When you said that simple plan was still touring "HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO ME??!!??"
AND PEOPLE ARE GOING TO SEE THEM!!!
Rocked No pads, no helmets, no sober audience!
+Dallas Goodreau Still not getting any respect.
Jeez, all this time I didn't even know that Untitled was about an accident and not just their normal whining. Great job conveying your message, guys!
Exactly. What really killed "Untitled" was its self-indulgent lyrics and nasally vocals.
Ah yes! Glad to see another one of these videos!
At least SOMEONE is happy about all this. Bleh.
Rocked so I’m I 😃
Hey there Tigerstar.
The Simple Plan made up album title needs to be in Cards Against Humanity.
"No pads, No helmets, Just A Bigger Blacker Dick."
"No Pads, No Helmets, Just A Windmill of Corpses."
"No Pads, No Helmets, Just Two Midgets Shitting in a Bucket."
OK, I said I would listen to every album featured on RTP before watching the video to give my personal thoughts on it, but not this. I refuse.
Reference?
Oh ok, I didn't make a reference there, as if I would listen to more of their garbage.
Lmao
I keep thinking back to the ScoobyDoo meets KISS review with Caluna where Jackula mentioned that the theme to What' New ScoobyDoo was done by Simple Plan.
Simple Plan were also in a episode of What's New Scooby Doo
wstine79 oh dear christ I loved that version of the theme song 🤦♂️
9:02 YOU'RE TEARING ME APART SIMPLE PLAN!
A new RTP while I recover from surgery? Yes please!
Mike White A new RTP at all? Yes please!
IABI TV absolutely
YAY
Also hope your recovery's going well!
Flameosaurus so far so go, though the cast is a bit irritating
“Untitled” is Still Not Getting Any less memeable.
So they put out a song trying to be serious and dramatic but instead it was memed and mocked
When you try your best but you don't succeed.
Coldplay are at least musicians. And talented. And have good albums. And didn't embarrass Canada.
Rocked I really like Coldplay, I was just trying to be funny with a reference to a better song and band.
"HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO MEEEE" was the "WHO CAN RELATE? WOO!" of 2004
Bosh Force One At least 1-800-whateverwhatever isn’t complete garbage and is made by a skilled musician
For all that song's failings, at least they managed to convey what the song is about. Untitled couldn't even do that.
1-800’s 10 times better than this.
The Unstable Nerd indeed
No pads no helmets no... Actual hits since 2008 (in the us at least)
Justin Casey Really? So "Summer Paradise" didn't hit?
IABI TV in Canada yes, but the us gave up on them years ago
Justin Casey lmaooooo
Justin Casey When I'm Gone, Your Love is a Lie, Jetlag and Summer Paradise were all hits in Australia
AND in Canada.
Hide And Seek by Imogen Heap, not Whatcha Say by Jason DeRulo.
I get the feeling The Horror Guru was behind all this...
... did
did you just use the lyrics to tupac's me against the world at 9:55
FINALLY SOMEONE CAUGHT IT!
Rocked I know I’m new here, but I always read the lyrics. I read everything.
I feel like "Me Against The World" could work, if it had better writing. I mean, it had a decent rhythm to it but it's overshadowed by the childish lyrics, and everything else in this album is overshadowed by _"How could this happen to me......?"_
Like, seriously...
New album from Simple Plan, "Macaroni Art" coming 2018
I knew a guy In College that played the pop-punk drinking game while listening to Simple plan. By albums end he’d gained 300lbs and his Blood had turned into Everclear. What a horrible death.
Holy crap, Untitled was so bad, I just couldn't stand this song.
Here's a list of songs I'd much rather listen to instead:
In The End- Linkin Park

Youth Of The Nation- P.O.D.
Metalingus - Alter Bridge
I am guilty of genuinely enjoying their music in my early teens (cringe angsty phase). But yeah, i am glad i exposed myself in vast variety of music, matured a bit and and grew out of this band and the rest of pop punk scenes. New sub here.
I have a video idea: Best song from each Regretting the Past album.
Omg that could actually work. Off the top of my head I would say:
St Anger: The Unnamed Feeling
Silver Side Up: How You Remind Me
All the Right Reasons: Side of a Bullet
Risk: Prince of Darkness
Chocolate Starfish: Rollin'
Weathered: Bullets
In my opinion:
Chocolate Starfish - Take a Look Around
Silver Side Up - Too Bad
Weathered - title track
St. Anger - the Unnamed Feeling
All the Right Reasons - Savin Me
Come Clean - Drift&Die
No Pads... - Addicted
The Young atH - The Anthem
Extreme Behavior - Get Stoned
Risk - Breadline
15 - Crazy Bitch
Save RnR - the Phoenix
Results May Vary - Down Another Day
Devil without a Cause - Cowboy
Chinese Democracy - Better
This album - Perfect World
Filip Nikolic Well I still like it and it has a special place in my heart honestly. I can always listen to it.
Chocolate Starfish-Rollin
Silver Side Up-Too Bad
Weathered-SEX
St Anger-The Unnamed Feeling
ATRR-Savin Me

Extreme Behavior-None
Risk-The one with the violin

No Pads...- I'd Do Anything
Come Clean- Control

Devil Without a Cause- Bawitdaba
Chinese Democracy- their self titled track
Still Not Getting Any- Me Against the World
Diabolus in Musica- Death's Head
Personally, I'm not really into pop punk, either. I mean, for every Simple Plan there is something like Green Day or Sum 41 (the latter is also Canadian, coincidentally enough)
Anyway, here's my obligatory analysis on the album;
Shut Up!- Wow, talk about being salty.
+Aiko Yumi Simple Plan is like the Caillou of Pop Punk.
I mean, Sum 41 is also shit, and Green Day has like 3 good albums
I used to like simple plan...when I was 7. I still have a bit of a soft spot for simple plan but mostly due to nostalgia
Honestly, I think it'd be a bit demeaning comparing Linkin Park to Simple Plan, since they're on completely different levels.
True.
Tbh their self titled third album is infinitely better, I still spin that one regularly.
Roddor I agree. It’s a pretty good album imo.
I agree too. It's a pretty solid album.
Roddor I agree... Except when they flat-out copy Green Day and Our Lady Peace.
Yes! It’s different with unique sounds mixed together that make it so good. Pierre’s voice also sounds more mature in some songs too. Unfortunately I don’t think it sold too well and that why they went back to their “safe” sounding songs on their 4th and 5th album. (I assume about the 5th album because I never listened to it)
I have heard of 'When I'm Gone' off their third album. It's really good
Yeesh, never thought I'd come across a band _worse_ than Limp Bizkit...
That moment when you first listen to this album when you're already an adult and think it is one of the best albums ever
no joke I started listening to Simple Plan's whole discography only recently while I'm 19 and now they are one of my favorite bands ever
Unsure of what is more immature, Simple Plan or Trump's Tweeting.
Hard choice.
What? Nice joke man.
Trump's Twitter at least has entertainment value.
8): "Everytime": Meh
9): "Promise": Also Meh, but it has a nice guitar solo.
10): "One": I don't like this one so much.
11): "Untitled": While it is a meme, I unironically like the song a bit.
I really enjoyed me against the world! Those heavy riffs are awesome
Still Not Getting Any...Better
ComicBookJacob than nickelback
To be fair, angsty music has it's place if it's done right. This isn't really done right.
Linkin Park, Korn, Rage Against The Machine, Rise Against (and other bands/artists): Good Angsty music
Simple Plan, Good Charlotte, Limp Bizkit, AJR (and other bands/artists): Bad Angsty Music
*Unable to find favorite CD*
HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO MEEEEE?!?!?!
*Remembers that CD was still in laptop disc drive*
Oh. Cool.
Untitled is a perfect example of intent vs. execution. Nice, well intentioned idea, horrendously botched execution.
I think I know why they called the song "Untitled," because they didn't want it to be called "How Could Happen to Me?"
Omg PLEASE review Attilas "About That Life" that would be hilarious. Also, the album that came after this (self titled) actually isn't that bad, it has some songs i actually like on it. They defiantly matured after this shitshow of an album.
Ugh,Attila. Worst band of all time and I'm not kidding.
tommy bawse Oh you mean audio herpes.
You mean that song that begins with a speed rap that detours into growling? Yeah, I didn't think it was any good, either.
Don't do Load...That album is actually good. If you are to do another Metallica "album" do LuLu
Load has its moments. The biggest knock against it is that it sounded VERY different from what Metallica had released prior to it.
But with that said, I can't remember the last time I listened to it all the way through. Same goes for Reload.
@@DinsdalePiranha67 I think I've only listened to Load and Reload all the way through once each. Reload definitely has some good tracks on it though. I've heard some people say Load and Reload could have been better off condensed down to a single album.
The prophecy said that the simplest of plans would return The Enraged hulk reviewer, that prophecy has come true

You know what.
I actually liked a few Simple Plan songs as a kid.
Yes. I also unironically loved Nickelback back then.
Thankfully, I've become much more intelligent, and while I can still *PARTIALLY* enjoy them, I vastly prefer AC/DC, Disturbed, Motorhead, and quite a few others nowadays.
Also.
Good Charlotte and Sum 41 will always be better than Simple Plan.
Eve of Tartarus same but Good Charlotte suck even though their recent album was actually pretty solid!
Sum 41 will always be better than *both* Simple Plan and Good Charlotte.
@@Pundit07 Even Nickelback is better than Simple Plan.
@@eveoftartarus2602 haha, no. Simple Plan is way more talented than Chad Krouger.
Simple Plan is one of the reasons I don't miss 2004.
Anyone remember when Simple Plan made a cameo on Scooby Doo?
They sang the intro for What's New Scooby Doo
Demon Rantz They were also in it as themselves, like John Cena was.
It's honestly the best thing Simple Plan's ever been involved in cuz I liked that show
At least they weren't whining in that song
20:02 There's your meme money shot
Rocked: "The mid 2000s sucked!"
Me: But MCR? :((
Fun Fact: Simple Plan wrote a song called “If Die Tomorrow” for this album, but left it off. And Bob Rock brought it Nikki Sixx.
This album was released on my 5th birthday.... Happy Birthday to me. 😑
growing up in a montreal suburb, we had to sing ''welcome in my life'' in class because 'it was the only song in english without vulgarities'
Yeah, all these songs are just blurring together. I can't remember any of them either.
Cyndane Tierney me neither 😂
Besides "HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN TO MEEEEEEEEE!"
Pretty much all of these SP songs blur together to me.
Yeah, I heard this album in full (for curiosity) and I couldn't tell you which track is which. Apart from Untitled, which I couldn't listen to without snickering.
The only good Simple Plan song is the What's New Scooby Doo theme
This album makes St. Anger look like Stabbing Westwards.
At least St Anger was tough sounding and had balls.
Demon Rantz Yea and raw as fuck as well.
Demon Rantz No Pads, No Helmets... Just Anger
ARTV and Rock Critic cameos made the music less painful. Thank you.
Tell them thank you also. They are both on Twitter.
I'd best describe Simple Plan as simple minded.
Pity that band name is more or less taken.
I was honestly expecting a review of Nickelback's Dark Horse, but I can see that this is worse.
Simple Plan did the "What's New Scooby-Doo?" theme song.
True
"How could this happen to me, I made my SEX!!"
Man I Burst out laughing when I saw Artv, Hannah, Mark and the Rock Critic sing! Great video dude!
Still Not Getting Any(thing)....except for a thumbs up from President Trump. If "Untitled" came out today, he would tweet about it, saying it's the best song he's ever heard.
In my opinion, Untitled is worse than both photograph and she hates me.
Rybread 28 fuck these songs
I don't think Untitled is supposed to have a real meaning. It's designed to be so vague that it could apply to anyone and fails miserably.
Keke 66 I ironically like photograph it's kinda an in joke with me and some of my family
Rybread 28 I see what you mean
Blaze77717 hahaha hey like what you like dude
The best thing Simple Plan ever did was the what's new Scooby Doo theme song
Kidz Bop will cover everything. And that's horrifying.
Rocked Kids Bop likes to change lyrics too, and somehow it makes the song worse than it already was
That font on their name in the cover reminds me of Linkin Park.
Which also reminds me that they are a way better band.
Which ALSO reminds me that I should be listening to them instead.
Obligatory Obligations yes
Are there other regretful bands and albums? Worried about your mental health. Nickelbacks, Limp Bizkits and Simple Plans are so boring....
God... Simple Plan... I want to see the merit in the music. I KNOW they've made music I can find myself willingly listening to; "Last One Standing" and "Take My Hand" were pretty catchy, there's "Gone Too Soon" - basically the anthem for those who've had a close loss and DOESN'T have a nasally voice, and "Astronaut" and "This Song Saved My Life" have some genuine power to them - but then the rest of their discography comes to mind and I have to ask myself "Why did I listen to them so much four years ago?!"
Hell, a few days ago, I saw some school's anti-drunk driving campaign, and it played the entirety of "Untitled", and I just laughed the whole time that song played because it drowned out and ruined the scenes it was conveying.
ShadowSilver1991 their third and and fourth albums are the only ones with actually good songs on them.
Simple Plan is actually worse than Nickelback. I’m not saying Nickelback isn’t awful. I’m just saying that Simple Plan is worse.
I agree
Untitled is Simple Plan's Photograph
also yesss finally someone else lashing out on KidzBop! I thought only jacksfilms keeps openly mocking it
I honestly use to love this band when I was 11 and wanted to be like Sasuke from Naruto
I have to give them credit.
They make Nickleback sound glorious.
I love pop Punk but fuckkkkkkkk this racket
Seriously, who in their right mind would react to the death of their friend with "how could this happen to me?"
Because it inconveniences _you_ and not the victims of the accident.
Not from this album, but "I'd Do Anything" is something of a guilty pleasure of mine.
there's a Swans track off of their most aggressive album, Filth, called 'Thank You', the same name as the fourth track here... I don't know how to feel about that
The only good thing they did was the What’s New Scooby-Doo theme.
