Can you point me to a video where you explain what this means as far as blocks and whether this includes fuel? I am a little fuzzy on the surcharge thing on fuel. I know reimbursing means fuel paid in full after run but not sure whether surcharge actually covers all your fuel. Why the different dollar amounts for the 5 block contracts in the same city? Is it all about which 5 blocks and is there anyway to know which 5 blocks you are getting? Also what kind of day are you looking at on your average day? Thanks for either explaining to me here or pointing me to a video.

If you could answer this probably basic question if you can man..
A week contract. Means means you stop at that terminal. 5 times throughout the week. Thats a 5 block.
And deliver one pallet daily? If a block means a shift how you know how many stops you have a shif, and how many miles?
300.00.... That's crazy. I make that as a company driver.

Where you work? I make $160-200 Knight transportation. 6 months working. 16 hour days longest was 20.
Smh Amazon pays it dsp owners like $700 each truck they send out a day!! More for the larger trucks.. they treating yall like flex drivers.. thats fed up!!
I only had one contract at $701 base. Never saw it again. I would love to see those numbers on paper. It may be longer routes with more miles. If not that’s a big problem. We gone strike lol 👀

When do you predict rates will go back up? Is this a trend that typically occurs at the beginning of the year?
It’s normal around this time of the year. Slower season Jan-March. It’ll pick back up closer to March ish. Spring.
I’d like to see a new update on DAT what are loads looking like as of now 1.90$ a mile seems to be fair for my run costs let’s see if we even at that I plan to be up and running in the next year and this is our low point so I’d love to see an update for end of April beginning of may

Got a A+ I don’t run freight in California with Amazon.. and they aren’t the most profitable. I can see all loads not restricted from seeing the “profitable loads. 100% transparency. And I don’t show the 53’ contracts which are much more profitable. ✌🏽
I was thinking same thing, I know that with an A or A+ you get much better rates

Plenty of other options. Check out indeed or Craigslist .. type 26 foot box truck contracts or gigs in the search.

You won’t know that until you are in the business and know your expenses to run your truck.

5 blocks would be the equivalent of 5 loads. Each of course can consist of various stops, routes etc. ✌🏾

Or blocked hrs from 10-13 hrs per day 5-6 days dedicated freight at 1 -3 weeks blocked meaning nothing but their freight during this blocked time.
Blocks = trips can be any number of stops, any number of miles per trip per day. There’s up to 8 hour trips, up to 13 hour trips solo driver

Hello Bigg Vic, I have a permanent badge with BNA9 in LA vergne Tn. I want to pick up from other facilitie in TN. Will this badge work for all facilities or do I need to fill out for a permanent badge for each facility? I asked the security guard and he act like he didn't know what I was talking about.
That badge will get you in any Amazon where you are required to use it. You’ll have to have security scan the badge and add it to whatever facility you need to access. Once they do it you won’t have to have that done again. It will work from there on out. Just get there early enough so that it doesn’t interfere with your pick up or drop time.

Is a 15 ft box truck worth having trying to do Amazon relay?
You’d really have to be in a location that has 26ft cube box truck loads available with Amazon relay. They aren’t available for all domiciles. ✌🏾
The FSC is only like .30 - .35 a mile for BT now, so add $60-$70 for the 200+ miles youll run smh. Ive been that fool for a week😅😂 never again

For an owner operator those are horrible rates when as a company driver I am making 350 plus per day with no overhead! As an owner operator 600 to 700 would actually make me think about doing this! As an owner operator you should average 800 to 1200 per day with 1 truck in order to be profitable! I feel sorry for these guys running their own truck for this lil money! How do you all even survive
