You will get a letter in the mail from FMCSA for your audit call. Do this ASAP. It’s easy, they basically just go over your application to verify what you’ve entered.

You have to wait 21 days from the time you apply for your Authority and you want to make your insurance effective a couple days prior to that to make sure the insurance company has time to process the filings so your MC will be active on the 21st day.

When we first started out I booked a load but realized within 2-5 minutes that I read the time wrong, and it conflicted with a another load we booked.....they Still held that against us ....but I learned how to read that board and never ever will I ever reject again....

Good Content, I'm new to Amazon relay and so far I got my first load last week, they haven't book me any more loads so far, don't k no why. I live in Miami and I don see loads over here. Do you know why?
You have to run 3 loads with amazon to get a score. Once you have a good score you will see all the loads. Try to keep 100 for early access. For now you have to constantly watch the loadboard till something pops up or search other areas. I wouldn’t just depend on amazon. DAT loadboard is a good board for Boxtruck drivers

Hi, you mentioned Amazon changed their truck criteria. I bought a 24ft box truck. Does this mean I can't run for amazon? Can you fill us in on the new changes I hear that are coming.
They say that the requirement is a 26 foot truck however I have yet to see anyone come out of that guard shack to measure my truck. The issue is, your subject to having 12 pallets on your truck and I honestly don’t know if they would fit on a 24 footer. You would probably have to break a pallet down to make it fit

Can you use a reefer truck on amazon relay. Thinking get a 26 ft truck. Are the dimensions of trailer size the same on reefer as to dry vans. I heard there smaller. Maybe width wise. Any amswers would help

For the Amazon Relay requirements , with the auto liability did you include the trailer replacement up 50k? Especially since you have a box truck. To get approve.

Hello, I’m not seeing my post so this may be a duplicate but I wanted to know was there a restriction on the age that your truck has to be to do Amazon Relay? I was told that my truck could not be old. Please advise
To my knowledge there is not. We have a 2007, however Amazon would be the best person to ask that. I am not sure.

I'm in the process of looking as well as submitting for my authority, I've been concerned about the specific truck to buy. Are you financing or did purchase right out? Very seldom but they do. Remember amazon loads are delivery primarily to the post office so it will be over night

On some of their loads yes, but that is automatic, you dont need to do anything. Other than that you get paid every Friday

Actually our authority was active before we had the truck. You just need the VIN to get insurance
