Rahmel brotha love the podcast. As a guy that’s been in the industry for 8 years and was blessed to build a fleet up to 10 im ashamed to say I’m just discovering “truck n hustle” late November of last year. The information and game has been above and beyond thanks for creating the space. I’m not that guy that bashes or tears people down especially my people but watching this specific interview man a lot of false info. The AFP program restricts a lot of things bro talked about. I’ll just state the obvious if amazon is giving you their trucks at no cost they are not allowing you to use them for work outside of them those trucks run 24/7 hence why he had 50 drivers 2/1 ratio per truck. We really appreciate this platform and there is a lot of people on here coming to actually learn and get some insightful info it’s a disservice when people come on here and cap. None the less again appreacote what you doing my brotha .
People are always going to hate. I don't understand some of these comments about him capping and lying. He did a interview on UA-cam knowing there are going to be people who decides to look into his story. He's not the type of man that will make his self look dumb. He's the real thing. Maybe because others had it so in the trucking business their nonbelievers.
You can't disprove facts ma'am. If the guy is giving out false info wouldn't you wanna know before you go out & try & look dumb?! Take these interviews with a grain of salt. Listen, take notes, n do research
To me, the most ethical business to run is the DSP big rig side of Amazon DSP. The vans, step vans, and EV vans is where you don't pay enough people for the abuse that comes down from corporate America where they treat the people like cogs. At least with the big rigs, you don't touch any freight, you just run back and forth a couple times a day, and you get paid much much more a year WITH federal holidays which sadly they don't view as the same with van drivers. That's why unionization is coming whether they like it or not. Treat people better.
you do have to sign a NDA which is why he wasnt able to spill all the beans but he could've expounded more on hiring because ultimately hiring really good drivers is SOOO important -- they're the life blood of the system. Overall this was good advice he was a bit goofy and jokey but not a bad listen as someone considering this business and is looking for info
I love your podcast it’s very informative with the right people, but He barely wanted to share any information. Seem like you had to pry just to squeeze info out.
Dude definitely lyin… people like him take creditably away from the folks out here really standing on business when it comes to the trucking game period
I highly doubt they're just going to come interview you and put it out just off your word, they definitely going to do their research man it just seem like your hating and that's what a lot of the older generation do to the young guys coming up in our community

Interview was good, he can't say everything he signed a NDA, but if you can't read between the lines and laughs then that's your problem, to the dude complainin.
This interview had minimal transparency and very secretive about sharing information. If everyone was like your guest and did not share information he would not be able to expand and grow.
Go get the information YOURSELF. We can’t always rely on people to help or give you things you need to be successful. That’s for you to do your own due diligence!
Its great he has accomplished what he has done but its always us scared to give others info in our community like why come on here and not answer specific questions especially when its mostly black people watching this, he is young and hopefully he grows up soon.

I have never been so embarrassed. How don’t you know as a business whom YOU have worked for? 2019 wasn’t so long ago. Secondly, the term is called “aggregate”. The training and knowledge is terrible. If everyone is supposed to be learning, he clearly didn’t give much advice. It appears he’s just learning as he goes without any ability to teach himself. And as being a DSP program provider, I can’t believe they aren’t teaching him. Now if he is strictly owner operator of Relay and other broker platforms, he is only building on his own. The continuous laughter and jokes is alarming.

12k net profit for 30 trucks?
