    Swamy vivekanand was a pure vegetarian...he ate only satwik foods, that too limitedly...He was a man of lofty thoughts.He practised yoga punctually. Meditation was a routine part of his life...Despite all this, he died at the age of 49.
    On the contrary, my grand father died at the age of 95 years. He was a pure non vegetarian...He ate meat and fish verymuch...
    Our life rests with God...
    I have attended your class some years back at Panoor...
    I am diabetic...I eat rice, chappaties, porotta,tapioca and sweets etc verymuch...I am not on any medication of insulin or any tablets...
    Your talk will contribute to increase the panic of diabetic patients ...
    Enjoy whatever foods you like...Dont keep too much control over food..Do some exercise punctually...Death is inevitable and it will happen at its time...We can see numerous examples of early deaths of many youngsters even when they punctually practised gym and other exercises...
