Wow, great video! Lots of good details that most reviews don't let you know. I'm about 95% sold on this car and I live in Virginia, so very, very helpful
Just drove my cx50 over Colorados Berthoud Pass and couldn’t stop tailgating people . This thing sticks to the road very well. Can’t wait and hit the pass in winter
In a 2024 cx-50 turbo premium plus, what type of iPhone 14 pro magsafe case works with the induction phone charger? I have to remove the standard mag apple case to get the phone to charge. also should the phone be getting really hot to the touch while charging? I'm also looking for dash cam recommendations, preferably without the need for a long cable, thanks much appreciated.
Been driving the 2024 non-turbo pp and absolutely love it so far. The drive is premium. Only downside for me is overall mileage of 22mpg, wireless charging never works and cup holders are in an awkward spot (taller bottles hit the seat heater)
@YourMom-vl2sp Let's make this simple for you. Fog lights are popular and used by many. Map pocket is just a term. Pocket can be used for many things for backseat drivers. Most SUV's have them. Many pano sunroofs open all or most of the way...mine does on the Forester. In this video, it didn't even open the first section. You should do some research and get informed. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Are these really the top things you look for in a car. Fog lights were a thing in the 60's. Map pockets are of minor importance. Moon roofs are almost never opened because of A/C. I had one in a Forester Sport and will never get one again. Mazdas look good, are highly reliable and fun cars to drive. Those are the things I look for when buying a car. I bought the CX-50 Preferred and saved myself $12,000.
Total respect for Kenny hustling like he does consistently posting excellent reviews.
Always bro!
I agree with you regarding all of these humongous screens that go across the whole dash that all these car manufacturers are doing now!👍🏻👍🏻

This is the most thorough video I've ever seen, well done
Kenny, the CX 50 really does handle well. Handles curves like it’s riding on rails!😁
Pretty much

Yes of course Kenny & I will buy this vehicle.
🤝🏼👊🏼
Nice option is you can turn the volume down or up on the signal
Lane keeping and adaptive cruise needs to be good on my next vehicle.
Can you turn off the auto start stop
Yes
You have to do it each start.
Love my Mazda C X50 Turbo
Amazing video Kenny.
Thanks bro
Very detailed review!! 👍🏻👍🏻
Very comfortable small SUV. Great review as always. Greetings
Do you get remote start?
Very informative! Great job!
I'm looking to buy next year. Will probably go with the 2025 model

Very detail and info video, I think Mazda doesn’t hold resale value ??
I was looking at the CX50, but I think I am getting the Blazer.
Murica🇺🇸
@@703Speed yes 🙌🏻
I liked the Blazer RS until I saw one in a parking lot and the front has some cheap looking black plastic
Chevy? 😂
How is the torsion beam rear suspension in the cx50 turbo when you go around corners.
Hi, i am looking at this or the Cadilac xt4 what one would you choose
Ingot is pronounced with the emphasis on the first syllable and the -ot is more like a short -it or -ut. Kinda like the word piston
excellent review.
Fantastic video.
Any of your driving routes uphill? We have lots of steep hills here. Thumbs up review. Peace bro
Some uphill, but mostly flat
I have no need for such a vehicle. But if I did, this would be the one I'd go with. Mazda has killed it lately IMO.
@703Speed -- Did you take it out on the interstate? How was the cabin noise?

Are you getting any assistance from the dealer/Mazda regarding the wireless charging? Any problems with wireless Carplay?
Almost 44K and no fog lights, no heated rear seats, no driver seat map pocket and the pano moonroof doesn't really open up? 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤦♂️
It doesn't need fog lights 😂🤣😂. Who even carries a map? Panoramic moonroofs don't open all the way 😂🤣😂

@@tommymas1a 44k BMW has none of those things either… what are you complaining for. The Premium Plus is literally $1500 more with all of that.
@dyl6085 You're comparing a Subaru with a BMW? A base model too? That's just plain stupid. 🤣🤪🤷♂️🤦♂️

Very nice mazda.
Ingot is pronounced "ING guht" . . now you know. "Gold ingots were in the vault".
Thanks for letting me know
They need to upgrade the transmission to 8 gears. Better with the turbo.
Wait for the hybrid version in 2025 unless you are okay getting crap MPG.
Your not getting that 20 in. tire for 192 dollars
I like Mazdas but I think a bigger screen would be better looking. Great review though.
A bigger screen would be nice
Screens = problems long term...
I dont know why Mazda doesnt bring this to Australia considering we buy a heap of Mazdas here 🤷♂️
I agree this would slot nicely in their Aus lineup but it's built In USA LHD only.
I'll get you one if you get me a Mazda pickup
Save 10 grand and buy a cx50 premium non turbo
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
any content creator who says "hence why" loses me forever.
Hybrid version is the way to go in 2025
Wait till you get a turbo repair bill.
Maybe a couple hundred thousand miles down the line
Get off my lawn!! 🫸🫸
I drove this and thought it sucked
that was the turbo whistle.
ok, Jim, lol. I'm looking to turn the xt5 Caddy lease in 2 weeks. Don't know
what I will lease next. Hope you and the family are ok. Stop by sometime.
Japan built vs Alabama built
Wish the interior was more appealing. It's kinda bland
Yeah but please Mazda... change that outdated steering wheel
