I use backpacks and flats ( since I have toddlers to run after them 😊) and I'd left using nail paints when I got pregnant for the first time in 2016 since then I didn't use it for fingernails but I sometimes I do it on my toes.

First time I am happy after watching your video that I do follow wat u said in regular basis .. 1 ) i use a back pack or a small sling bag 2) i can't even stand on hells ... I just use flats all the time 3) i don't use nail polish ..as I am very lazy to apply it .. even if I use occassion i just use on my left hand .. natural alternative is nail cone..with nail cone nails also look beautiful .. but it stays like forever till ur nail outgrows it ..

I always wear high heels wedges I do wear makeup and long lasting nail paints I use carry 👜 because with saree it suits I do workout a lot and take care of my health. Sometime becoming way too much cautious makes you weak. So slow down mental health is way more important.
it's been years since i stopped wearing nail paint, would advice you the same, it doesnt allow your nails to breathe and nails feel a lot healthier without them and the point she mentioned in the video is also very true, esp if you are making aata with your hands, its really unhealthy and unsanitary to have long nails or nail paint
