Love It! Just finished this so glad I found these walks. I'm doing them before my water aerobics classes through the week. Great way to start the day. Whew I'm sweaty 😂
Thank you. Twice a week I do a 15 minute backwards walk and then about a 1.5 hours circuit, in my neighborhood, which includes a lot of hills . Today after the backward walk, the heat was so oppressive that I couldn't do the circuit and came inside and did this. Air conditioning makes workouts so much more doable.😃. This was fun. Though I don't know what Trace is, so I don't know if I like it or not.
Loved this today (27.08.24). It’s just so nice to see different scenery whilst walking around my kitchen. Only 3492 steps for me but I’m pleased with that without leaving my home. Thank you Kat
