    thank you for the videos i find your no non sense approach comforting and the information is always spot on of course.... my question is this ..after beginning to use pharmaceuticals for hair loss we experience a shed.. we understand why..what i cant find an answer to is in what condition does that hair come back in?..is it fully matured?, is it still in some stage of miniaturization? is this next shed i seem to be experiencing another step in the process of those hairs becoming mature?.. thank you

      Shedding usually happens in hairs which are otherwise healthy but approaching the resting phase of the hair cycle (telogen phase). And it also happens to hairs that are affected with androgenetic alopecia. The former will get bak as norma;. The latter will return too as the effect of DHT blocker sets in in 3 months time. These thinning hair may however continue to fall inspite of Finasteride.

      @@hairtransplantinindia i notice that the hairs that are falling out are a certain length that corresponds with my haircutting as being hair effected by my ten months of finasteride. I had the initial three month shed ...this shed is considerably less ..do the new hairs return at full maturity or do they need to go through stages to reach terminal?..thank you

      First of all I must commend U on your thorough explanation on this topic.. I’ve been researching this for about 2 years now thanks to Covid 19 🤕.. I have 2 clinics in mind but your explications appear to be on point with one would expect from a quality clinic & doctor.. Besides the head, where else can U harvest grafts to transplant ? Why or why not? Lower beard, chest, legs etc etc ? I’ve already made contact with the clinic to send in my pictures..

    Hi Doctor. I will 3 make questions, and separate, so its not so confusing. 1 Question - Hair transplant can induce premature tellogen effluvium of surrounding weak hair. ( Can be named as Shock Loss, correct ? .......... 2 Question - Now if a person have hair, and need to make HT only on temples and crown. Could the " healthy " and non miniaturized hairs be " lost " in the process of HT? I do know that sometimes even weaker hairs can grow back. But is possible that the healthier ones couldnt grow back? Or it only happens with the miniaturized ones? .......... 3 Question - If a patient do HT only in temples area. Will the " shock loss " happen in ALL head, or only in the surrounding area of where the operation was made. In this case would the shock loss occur in all head or only like 1 or 2 centimetres of the temples. Thank you.

    • @hairtransplantinindia
      @hairtransplantinindia  3 роки тому

      There is no clear answer to any of the questions you have posed. This can only be determined on in person consultation- the miniaturising, the speed of your balding and your response to DHT blockers and willingness or denial towards them will all dictate the degree of hair fall due to shock loss. But in my practice if e go in between hair that are above 50% diameter, 20% are lost. It they are thinner, all may be lost. However hair remote from the transplanted area are not lost due to the procedure. However they can be lost due to stress unlike those lost due to surgical stress. Healthy hair that are not involved in the balding process can be lost if they are injured (transected) with slits very close to them (high density slits).

      Pre-emptive hair transplants ? How do we know where he will bald! And getting 6000 grafts will play havoc with his scalp donor with harvesting sites so close they will not only lead to patchy scarring which is unesthetic but also shock loss thereby diminution of the number of available grafts for future procedures.
