I have been noticing that all the doctors Ranveer gets basically tries to do their promotion in 70-80% of the conversations, we get it that you’re the “best” , but if you keep saying don’t go to a unqualified doctor the whole podcast we aren’t benefiting for it, at the end of the day you’re saying that you guys are the best and, come to us to fix all your problems, also we charge 5-10 times more 😇

Surgen usually stabilize the hair loss using multivitamin, minoxidil 2% derma roller and if your hair loss is stabilized then you can continue with hair transplant. After HT, you have to monitor whether you are continuing with the Hair loss.

Fenestricide reduces the DHT from attaching to androgen receptors in your body. if you think your father or grandfather has lost their hair fully then chances are you are required to take Fines, I however, did not had such problem the hair loss that I had was manageable, but in future if I see my hairs are shredding my doc would put me in Fines to protect my hair from DHT effects.

When you go to clinic you will talk with the center manager who is BBA and MBA degree and are not doctors. They don't let you meet doctors.

@@pooravsankhyan7700 initially when my hair is falling I thought with medication it gets better but then after consulting I got to know about prp and growth factor with some multivitamins to delay my hair fall for a certain period of time, but the doctor clearly mention the roots which are gone will not grow back with these things , so in normal language what I understood is the quality we can improve with the prp but the for the REGROWTH they suggest me transplant. And with combination of both my hair quality improves and the baldness is also gone.

I have done my transplant not from Dr Abhishek but from other doctor in his clinic and I can say confidently that I am happy with my hairline as I am 24 years so looks is very important for me. There is mild swelling for 2_3 days but worth it after seeing results
I am 30 years now. I started becoming bald 2 years ago. Ive consulted dermatalogyst. I have taken medicine, vitamin tablets, took PRP treatment ( 4 sittings). Most of my hair is grown back in terms of density and the hair was grown in vertex area also. But doctor said it is difficult to get in the hair in the front. Only a little hair was grown in the front. Overall it gave me good result. My sincere suggestion is consult dermatalogyst when anyone notice hair thinning. Follow the doctor instructions strictly.

Questions that could have been covered, - Which parent genes dominate leading to baldness? - Are there any precautionary permanent treatments before entering into the baldness world? - What is the lifespan of the transplanted follicles? - What are the treatments available for those not have sufficient follicles in the donor area? - What are the latest advancements/developments currently available and in clinical research to treat baldness?

But you missed few questions to ask -a) the reasons like DHT for which hair had fallen at first place are not going away with the transplant, then how come those will not affect the transplanted hair? b) it was more focussed on people in 20s or 30s, questions were not asked for people in 40s or 50s, and c) what about side effects, what medications etc needed.

This is called being conveniently honest, All good things about hair transplant one side of a coin, Finasteride has side effects so do minoxidil definitely less evil but side effects depend upon multiple factors dose duration formulation underlying conditions, I am sure they take written consent prior to transplant that includes risk for minor bleeding pain to anaphylaxis or sepsis leading to death even though they are highly skilled. I wonder how they keep transplanted hair intact specially of higher grades and with family history of AGA without minoxidil. He told good facts about hair transplant much appreciated but creating phobia about medicines in a very subtle manner and no talk about after care and negative aspects of hair transplant no clarity about patient criteria.

I got my hair transplant done 6 month back, happy with the result. I did it without Fenestricide, only on minoxidil, derma stamp and multivitamin.
Is it possible to get good results without finasteride?
@@Mo34565 yes only if you do not have aggressive hair loss DHT based. Surgen usually stabilize the hair loss using multivitamin, minoxidil 2% derma roller and if your hair loss is stabilized then you can continue with hair transplant. After HT, you have to monitor whether you are continuing with the Hair loss.

if you think your father or grandfather has lost their hair fully then chances are you are required to take Fines, I however, did not had such problem the hair loss that I had was manageable, but in future if I see my hairs are shredding my doc would put me in Fines to protect my hair from DHT effects.

He's a scammer and everyone knows it. They said I'm on stage 6 while I'm on stage 3. I still have hair on my crown full density and temple about 70% density so they didn't even know what stage 6 looks like. The clinic is handled by Marketting. When you go to clinic you will talk with the center manager who is BBA and MBA degree and are not doctors. They don't let you meet doctors.

@@pooravsankhyan7700 initially when my hair is falling I thought with medication it gets better but then after consulting I got to know about prp and growth factor with some multivitamins to delay my hair fall for a certain period of time, but the doctor clearly mention the roots which are gone will not grow back with these things , so in normal language what I understood is the quality we can improve with the prp but the for the REGROWTH they suggest me transplant. And with combination of both my hair quality improves and the baldness is also gone.
@@pooravsankhyan7700 during my early stages I took prp and growth factors with some multivitamins but doctor explained me that it can only delay your hair fall for certain period of time and improves the quality of hair, but the area which has already bald it won’t grow back so for that I opt transplant … so it’s a combination treatment overall depending on person to person and their hair fall stage basically.

No it's not like that , I also used medicine but after proper consultation i got to know there is a proper time when to use medicine and when not to, for that I will suggest don't just go by people consult a doctor and understand the root cause.

rosemary oil doesnt do shit , there was 1 horrendous study comparing it to 2% minoxodil and now everyhone is fearmongering the actual FDA approved treatments cuz rosemary oil is "natural" . Appeal to nature fallacy

I am 30 years now. I started becoming bald 2 years ago. Ive consulted dermatalogyst. I have taken medicine, vitamin tablets, took PRP treatment ( 4 sittings). Most of my hair is grown back in terms of density and the hair was grown in vertex area also. But doctor said it is difficult to get in the hair in the front. Only a little hair was grown in the front. Overall it gave me good result.
My sincere suggestion is consult dermatalogyst when anyone notice hair thinning. Follow the doctor instructions strictly.

- Which parent genes dominate leading to baldness?
- Are there any precautionary permanent treatments before entering into the baldness world?
- What is the lifespan of the transplanted follicles?
- What are the treatments available for those not have sufficient follicles in the donor area?
- What are the latest advancements/developments currently available and in clinical research to treat baldness?
I have done transplant previously from Delhi 2 times but I didn’t get any result, I tried 3rd time in assure clinic with so much of guts cz I don’t know 3rd time how it will go , but I can confidently say now very very very satisfied and happy with my reslults , all doctors are not same u should go with thoorough reasearch whome to choose, cz there are many doctors who do for money but here after completing transplant doctors took whole responsible of your growth, highly recommended assure clinic, this is my personal experience, keep it up guys❤

Ranveer - good podcast. But you missed few questions to ask -a) the reasons like DHT for which hair had fallen at first place are not going away with the transplant, then how come those will not affect the transplanted hair? b) it was more focussed on people in 20s or 30s, questions were not asked for people in 40s or 50s, and c) what about side effects, what medications etc needed.

Please consider podcasting with a gynaecologist about it. Men also need to understand the female body cycle to co-exist in a better way.❤

This is called being conveniently honest, All good things about hair transplant one side of a coin, Finasteride has side effects so do minoxidil definitely less evil but side effects depend upon multiple factors dose duration formulation underlying conditions, I am sure they take written consent prior to transplant that includes risk for minor bleeding pain to anaphylaxis or sepsis leading to death even though they are highly skilled. I wonder how they keep transplanted hair intact specially of higher grades and with family history of AGA without minoxidil. He told good facts about hair transplant much appreciated but creating phobia about medicines in a very subtle manner and no talk about after care and negative aspects of hair transplant no clarity about patient criteria.
