I start intermittent fasting nearly 2 months a go and lost 7 kgs it's very beneficial eats lots and lots of salad and take low carb diet I do 10000 steps a day aswell it's make a huge difference love from Scotland x

I'm a freshman med student and I'm currently doing my own research on pcos because I've seen so many girls struggling with the same, I didn'tknow what it was until recently some girl I met told me she had the same. Insha'Allah I'll definitely be able to get the best of my research, I'm just getting started, at this point I would say don't take any medications if you have pcos(especially overweight), the symptoms in general are same, apple cider vinegar is magical(I've collected some data and analysed), losing weight helps ~75%, abdomen muscle exercises before your period date also help, the meds have too many side effects when mostly they're not even needed.

Hi guys, please hear me out. I'm a freshman med student and I'm currently doing my own research on pcos because I've seen so many girls struggling with the same, I didn'tknow what it was until recently some girl I met told me she had the same.
Insha'Allah I'll definitely be able to get the best of my research, I'm just getting started, at this point I would say don't take any medications if you have pcos(especially overweight), the symptoms in general are same, apple cider vinegar is magical(I've collected some data and analysed), losing weight helps ~75%, abdomen muscle exercises before your period date also help, the meds have too many side effects when mostly they're not even needed.
