    Lost 2kg in 15days (1May-15May)
    I've been overweight as long as 1 remember and it's hard for me to stay consistent but since a couple of days I have been trying to stay consistent.... Please wish me luck I have to reduce 20kg.... I'm really depressed because of my weight

      30min walk morning n evening
      6-8Glass of Water
      Avoid Sugar, Potato, Rice and any kind of outside packed food
      Don't starve yourself.... Switch to home made food (Instead of cookies, Namkeen, chips take roasted chikpeas, Puffed rice, Poha, Roasted maakhane)
      Do dance or zumba for 15minutes
      Start gradually
      Try to Maintain ur sleep schedule

    I've lost 20kgs in an year 3XL to L size. By healthy lifestyle. I was always slim till 2014 but 2014-2023 I was obese..by my poor lifestyle n eating habit though I had no health issues..my doctor gave me left and right last year ... because of that i decided to lose weight ..so if any doc scolds we shud take it positively as a motivation

      Maine bht vegetables and fruits khaya(jo ki main pehle nhi khaati thi)
      My eating window is 9 am to 5 pm
      Calorie counting krr skte ho toh bht acha hai
      Ek month krlia toh ab aadat hogyi hai
      This month I will start doing weights and also increase my protein intake upto 1g per kg of my body weight

Very few people realise it and make harsh comments and give foolish advice like just eat less and exercise more etc. as if the obese person does not have the knowledge that these would help.     Maine 10 kgs weight loss kiya
    Morning breakfast one apple, cinnemon oats or veg oats (oats keeps us full for longer)
    After two hours one green tea
    Lunch protein salad, no roti rice or curd

    I'm a 21 yr. old girl.Recent mai mera face or belly per fat aa gya tha or body bhi thori chubby ho gyi.Maine lagatar kuch time tak evening mai walk or yoga kiya & healthy diet lia lekin mai hamesa ice cream jarur khati thi or chai bhi consume karti thi lekin workout regular basis pe or ab approx 1 sal bad mera face or belly fat 90% reduce ho gya ab koi bhi mujhe dekhta toh kehta ki bahot achi swasth larki h....koi moti chubby ya health ghat ya bar gya aisa kuch bhi ni bolta

    Mere sath b yahi hua...i was 80... Kra tha weight lose...but after pregnancy fir se same amount weight gain hua...had c-section...now I m not able to lose that weight again...feel very sometimes...still trying
