There may be cracks in any of the gaskets, or gaps somewhere in the assembly from where it is sucking additional air other than the hose

don't know it's exact chemical name, may be PU based filter foam. But in general it is " filter foam". Mine got powdered too that's why i installed a HEPA filter . You can buy similar alternative ane cut that into ur desired shape and fitment, filter foam is used in some scooters as air cleaners, they're cheap in automotive shops. But i don't know how effective this particular product is in air filtration rate.

I'm assuming, you mean the cleaning brush attachment, you can find lot of compatible brushes on Amazon and Flipkart, just check the diameter of your vacuum cleaner pipe end and the dia of the accessory you're going to buy online( mostly it'll be mentioned in their product description)

You can measure the diameter of the spring base and ask in any tool hardware or automotive spare parts shop, there's a possibility you may get a substitute.

Hi! I personally haven't used or repaired the model you have. But I'll suggest you to remove the dust bag and run it, pls DON'T suck dust at that time. Check if it's still stopping as you said it used to, earlier. Check the suction power with your hand against the hose tip. If suction is good and it is not stopping, it just means you should buy a new dust bag if it's disposable, if it's cloth type dust bag, then wash it with mild soap and dry. If the problem still exists, there are two possibilities... Either the temperature limit switch (which some technicians call as fuse) is faulty, or there's a loose connection within the wiring. Does your model have a speed varying function?

I haven't tried that on mine. But I think yes it can be done. Motor will spin at full speed from the start. There are some cheaper vacuum cleaners in the market where you won't get this option to vary speed, there's only ON and OFF button. I recommend not to bypass the thermal cut off safety switch, which protects the motor from overload and burning.

I have the same vaccume cleaner but when the cord retainer blocked, I opened and when closed it the mechanism did not work it stucked...
You can recoil the reel about its spring and wrap the cord around it. Then it should work, it's difficult to explain the process though words, wish i could post a video of the same.

It's unfortunate the brand doesn't look after it's customer post sales. I think you can email the brand, requesting for the spares or elaborating the inability of service centres to provide the required motor

Not even a little bit air flow? That sounds like the fan would've separated from the motor shaft. Cannot say clearly without observing. If something might've obstructed the intake or air outlet that too can be a reason. Please explain further...like not even little bit of air coming? Just motor noise without air flow?

You can get the exact chip from authorised service centre, may not be available,but they can order it from the company if you request. However if service centres are not providing, some retrofitting can be done with aftermarket speed controllers, but i can't say how effective and safe that would be, consider it as a last option.

Probably there's a blockage in your hose( any crumpled plastic/paper/leaves ,etc), or dust bag may required to be cleaned, assuming that your blower outlet is working fine
After starts , immediately stops the vacuum cleaner. What could be problem

Sorry Sir, I don't have any stock. You may contact the brand directly via helpline or service centre, may be they can provide you the exact PCB. Otherwise there are motor speed controllers available online, but don't know how effective and durable they're.

Check thr connectivity on a Normally closed temperature limit switch present on the motor cover. Disconnect power supply then check with a multimeter.

Its very difficult to get its spares. You can try repairing existing ones using some rubber/silicon based adhesive. Or try contacting service centre, they may be able to provide. Hose rubber gasket is available online

Please check if you've oriented all parts properly, if the stepped and flat faces are seated in the right place. If the assembly is done properly. Compare with the video where you're facing the issue. Add a timestamp from my video in the comment so that I can better understand ur issue

Check if your line has proper voltage ie 220v- 240v
Run your hand over the hose to feel any air leaking, if leaks, use a good adhesive to seal those holes, else replace wih a new one.
Check the condition of dust bag/ filter. I've an old video for the same vacuum cleaner on my channel check that out. I've shared there how to fix a leaky dust bag

I have opened the V C and the on/off switch found to be cracked and the function for which it is designed to switch on and off is not working. Apart from this there is a dpst switch is there to change the direction of rotation of the cleaner motor so as to act as a blower also. There are 4 tags on the switch out of the 4 top 2 tags one connection is from thermo switch and another connection is from supply from the speed regulation board. Out of the 2 bottom connection tags one gets the lead from the top motor cover and the other connection is open. I want to know from where this tag get supply. Earlier I used this switch to change the vacuum suction to blower function. Hence this DPST switch changes the direction of the motor. I need the exact replacement for the on/off switch and if possible any connection diagram if you have for this Euroclean XL of 1999.it was working 10 days ago but stopped and I found the on/off switch is cracked and also I cleaned the interior of the vacuum cleaner which I normally do once in a year or two. I could not find the switch locally here in Ranipet. Also being a 1999 model I could not get the service manual online. If you know any site refer to me so that I can download it.
I haven't seen that model or repaired either. I think you should take it out of vacuum cleaner and bring it to your local electronics shop(not electrical) may be by seeing it physically they may provide you the same or any alternative which does the same. Unfortunately I don't have its circuit diagram, wish I could help. Anything written on the switch body, like model number or name

Okay. Disconnect power supply from mains(power socket). If you have a multi meter, pls check the NC temperature limit switch terminals for continuity. That is a safety switch which turns off when motor over heats, check continuity in cable reel terminals and plug pins. sometimes after few years NC temperature limit switch stops working. Did u connect the cable winding reel properly? Ensure connectivity in the circuit whether phase and neutral reaching till the circuit using continuity mode on multi meter. Check if you cracked any wire in between the body panels. Be safe.

Thanks for the detailed video, one question . Recently I feel like Sound became very high, dismantling and cleaning will help?
Sound tends to increase as you increase speed with the speed regulator slider. In other cases, check if your vacuum cleaner hose gets bent while using. A bent hose stops air flow, then air circulation stops and this will increase noise. A clogged dust bag can also cause obstruction to air flow. Try washing your dust bag and dry it (be careful not to damage stitching or fabric of your dust bag). If its due to clogged dust bag, noise levels should return to normal.
Thanks for the reply 👍. Actually now it's clean, but last week I accedently used my vacuum cleaner without dust bag . There is no bent on hoss . Air flow is clear ..
Are you getting sufficient suction force? If not, check the secondary air filter which must be present inside the dust bag chamber. Still the issue exist then you may dismantle and check only of you're confident to put back everything in the right place. Hope that works. May be some debris accumulated over time
Suction force is ok I think but not impressive , and there is no secondery air filter only one dust bag in dust bag container , I'm 80% confident rest will see ... 😁

Thanks for the response! Was very helpful. Did not have holes in the hose but the rubber seal is in poor shape and also the play in the hosepipe connection allows air to leak. Thanks to your other video, I was able to put the cleaner back again. After improving the dust bag by restitching and replacing zip, suction is a lot better. Thanks again!
Do post the rubber seal that you ordered that fits the tornado trendy. Also the Hepa filter modification when you get a chance. How about taping one of the 3 ply mask pieces into place?

. I don't think putting a 3 ply mask into the place of filter would be a good idea. 3ply mask fabric will get clogged so easily, so mass flow rate of air will decrease. There's also a chance of the fabric getting pulled into the motor due to vacuum force. That will contribute to unnecessary motor teardown and repair. Better use HEPA filters, that's safe and effective in my experiment.

I don't know brother what can be the problem. Did you check if the switch is working properly? Remove the power, take out the switch and check continuity with a multimeter, if it's working properly. Is your MCB/ELCB tripping when you try to run this?

The exact model may be available in service centres. But just enquire the final price and decide if it's better to replace the motor or buy a new vacuum cleaner
