    The PX4 Storm Compact is my first gun. I bought it used back in 2012, it was previously used as a LEO's conceal carry. It was unknown how many rounds he had put through this gun. 12 Years later is still one of the most flat shooting compact 9mm. Since then, I was having jamming issues about a year ago every so often at the range. An RSO recommended I replace the recoil rod spring. However after a little research, instead of going with a Beretta OEM replacement, I opted for a DPM Systems recoil reduction replacement spring instead. And holy hell did it make a difference. This was already a flat shooting compact and I would say the DPM spring reduced it another 20% or so. Follow up shots are so quick and crisp. The new spring also eliminated my jamming issues. DPM is located in Greece, so it did take a little while for it to get here but boy was it worth it.

    So far I love my po9. Accurate and fits my hands. Love the trigger and sites.

    The PX4 is the winner imo, the CZ may be equal but, the PX4 is SO much older with no changes.

    Both are really good guns you couldn't go wrong with either one it would really be hard to choose between either one

    I think both are good tools. But I'd give the edge to the CZ. I absolutely love my P-09. Way better factory trigger as well I think.

    just commented on the other video. The new G-SD full sized Px4 is a cheat code for hand guns, and I love my P09. but the P09 is obsolete now that I have the new PX4

    Best DA/SA trigger I've ever had was out of my 226 Legion: SRT kit, Sig Armorer SuperStrut, ArmoryCraft competition sear spring and 17lb hammer spring. Reliable primer ignition with the ammo I shoot with a SMOOOTH 6lb DA, sub 2.5lb SA and a reset that is the same as a mouse click.

    I have a 92x RDO compact, so I could be a little biased on which one I'd pick, I'll take the PX4... Good video.

    On the trigger i watched and re-watch did you pull tge czpo9 trigger in single action mode. I think you just did double action. It doesn't have a bad single action trigger pull

    How does the CZ hold up to your Bul Cherokee?

      That’s a great idea for a video. Both have been flawless and easy to shoot. I’ve probably got more rounds through the Cherokee - followed by the P07 and then P09. All three shoot really well. Thanks for watching!

      I honestly like my bularmory cherokee compact better than the po9. It's built like a tank and I like the trigger and safety and the hammer and firing pin seems better and more durable. And that grip on tge cherokee. Only thing I liked better on tge po9 is the sites how they glow at night and it came with alot better magizines. I absolutely did not like tge magizines that came with the bularmory cherokee. The spring just seemed to weak I don't know so replace them with some Mec-Gar wittnes style. They are alot better. Now I know the ones that came with the cherokee are most likely made by Mec-Gar

    Yeah i heard you don't want to dry fire tge czpo9 too much because of the firing pin is dont tge best design especially dry fireing. I use snap caps they gave me

    Out of curiosity, does the p09 manual safety engage with the hammer down, or only with the hammer back?

    • @TheArkansasGunGuy
      @TheArkansasGunGuy  28 днів тому +1

      I am not sure. Mine is configured as a decocker not a safety. It can be changed but I was leaving mine as decocker. Let me dig around and see if manual specifies.
      By the way - thanks for watching!!

      Instruction manual says it can be put on safe with the hammer down but they strongly discourage that
